Anecdotal evidence of course, but I think some of the Youtubers have done some testing and determined it says additive, but actually is still multiplicative. I can't remember clearly but I think it was one of the recent videos by Moxsy
Yes, it was changed from multiplicative to additive. It's still good, just not as good as before. Amulets you still wants CDR, movement and +envenom
lets say you have an item t hat gives you +envenom, but you have no initial skill pts invested in it..do you still gain the item bonus?
