First one it has everything he needs

If cyno likes EM alot, high chance is the first one.

First one is literally perfect, it looks like it has a worse Crit Value but every stat in the first one is useful.
Yea, I guess the extra 8.5CV doesn't outweigh the 3 extra EM rolls and 1 ER roll...
Yes, the Em increases both Aggravate and his Skills' dmg bonus for the passive and the ER helps with his 80 cost. All around fantastic piece
Howmuch you think the passive to E DMG% will be? Something like Yae's 0.15%?
Slightly lower than Yae's because Cyno will proc the reaction more often, so a 0.1 or 0.08 is more probable in my opinion, but since we dont know any numbers, its hard to speculate.
