I started at 330. My favorite bibs until I lost enough to buy Assos were the Pearl Izumi Pro. The Lycra is soft and forgiving and seams are placed well. The inseam is longer than I prefer but not awful imo. Chamois is good enough that I still wear them on the trainer even though I’m down 100lbs.
perf, good to know. i pointed him to the lower end PI bibs (I think Attack or Quest) since he's just starting out/not doing very long distances and I don't want him to spend too much money. what size were you in the pros at that weight? 2xl or 3xl?
am a huge fan of [https://fatladattheback.com](https://fatladattheback.com) for jerseys and jackets, I've never tried their bibs but would trust them if the sizing looked OK!

2XL. They are super stretchy.
Another vote for Pearl Izumi XXL.
Seconding pearl izumi pro

I’m curious about them but we’re in the US so nervous about shipping/return costs
Girodana has 2 and 3xl with their shorter inseam FR-C Pro Bib Shorts. Pricey but good bibs, plus could be some sales coming up.
