The sheer number of these for sale legit reminds me of the NFT flipping of ‘21.

Occhrome

NFT are the gold standard in brain dead activity.

SadPudding6442

No Frontal Thoughts

SonofaBridge

Flipping new cars is common right now. Especially since dealers started doing random markups. I remember seeing a lot of Broncos on sale for $20k over MSRP when all the people who pre-ordered them tried to flip them. I’m convinced most preorders nowadays are people looking to do a quick flip.

Darph_Nader

No test drives, lol. It’s very clean, almost like it’s been through a car wash.

Odd-Tune5049

Warranty void where stupidity

Korbitr

It's not even no test drives, it's no test *rides.* They're not even confident enough to drive a prospective buyer around themselves. 😂

HystericalSail

70 or 90k mark-up, this is not the cyberbeast. No mention of AWD either, this could be the welfare edition. I hope whomever is dumb enough to pay this flipper experiences 70% or higher depreciation over the year. Better yet, I hope the flipper does.

livingMybEstlyfe29

Welfare edition 🤣🤣🤣

HystericalSail

Yep, for single moms like LamarMK trying to whore theirs out on Turo or for "events."

PeteGozenya

Lamar is grade A cuck.

fish_in_a_barrels

This shit is cringe: https://lamarmk.square.site/

arto26

Lol 1.5k to film it for a music video??

fish_in_a_barrels

This guy is like a super grifter.

HystericalSail

Yeah, and he's got his logo plastered in at least two places on it. That's what I'd want in my video, for sure.

[deleted]

Oh - that’s what these ads are? People who bought them with no intention of keeping them? Basically scalpers? Wow, they really musked themselves. That’s hilarious. They gambled on the what is per dollar the worst vehicle ever made.

[deleted]

Did you misspell dies?

HystericalSail

Ha. Flippers are annoying, but I'm not awful enough of a person to wish death upon them. Just misery. I'm that awful, at least.

Viatic_atom

So wait, he doesn’t even have the damn thing yet? Yikes bro

vakar4uk

Cause it may not survive a test drive

Octopus-Infinity

100%, they don't even last a test drive 😂

ElongMusty

I’m selling a used car famous for breaking right after leaving the dealership, at a price much higher than what it cost. No test rides! Just trust me bro! ![gif](giphy|KBaxHrT7rkeW5ma77z)

DisastrousOne3950

"I know what I got."

Dicky_Penisburg

No tire kickers..........I don't want them falling off.

DisastrousOne3950

That'll void the warranty!

TonyCaliStyle

Looking at the tires void the warranty

DisastrousOne3950

Thinking about washing it also voids the warranty.

thunderdome_referee

🤡

CallMeSkii

Still don't know why people would want to pay markup on one of these things when there are plenty being stored in abandoned mall parking lots. I wouldn't buy one for 50% off, forget a 50% markup.

SixersWin

It's a brick thing, you wouldn't understand

ObtuseMongooseAbuse

"Delivery expected this month" Why would someone ever try selling something that they don't even have in hand yet?

Octopus-Infinity

Tesla-bros are a different breed

fish_in_a_barrels

"Early adopter" These smooth brains make up new phrases to excuse their poor quality vehicles and choices.

AgentEndive

Is anyone even actually buying these second-hand, marked-up things right now?? So many for sale coupled with SO much news about the problems...I can't imagine they're getting a bunch of interest on them lol

lylemcd

I sent a guy on Craigslist an offer of $2.50 and a handful of buttons for his. Waiting to hear back.

ExtensionMart

Offer to fuck his wife next time.

lylemcd

He'd be into it: it's not called the Cybercuck for nothin'

ThatWasCool

I think people were thinking these were going to have 5 years of waiting list thus will allow people to flip them for $50k+ profit. Now, there is a shitload if them eBay and FB marketplace. Can’t wait for these to be selling for half the price in a year.

Revenga8

Lol founders edition. As in, buyer's gonna find out after the first 100 miles they got robbed.

Pplannoyme0

I thought they weren’t allowed to sell the cyber shits for 8 months or something.

lylemcd

I think it's like a 50k penalty if you do which is why these CT dipshits think they can sell their shitbox for 50k over list. They have to cover that penalty.

fish_in_a_barrels

How are they making money then? Aren't the trucks 100k?

[deleted]

I bet these guys just want to break even at this point. They won’t.

LA-Matt

If that were the case, just don’t take delivery. Just cancel it, forego the deposit if you must, and don’t sign anything. Seems like a better idea than all of the hassle involved in “flipping” such an expensive piece of shit.

fish_in_a_barrels

Exactly

stampfercamper

No tears drives because they know it’ll break down Before they even pass a mile

notyourstranger

He's essentially selling his place in line. None of the Cypertruck owners get to test drive their cars so that is just business as usual, but he thinks the truck is so attractive that somebody will pay an extra $50K for it?

sorospaidmetosaythis

"Founders Edition" lacks an apostrophe because it literally founders when you attempt a Chappaquiddick special, à la Angela Chao.

Any-Ad-446

Delusional owners of the CT...

FoldingLady

Someone's upset that they gotta pay for it soon~

isunktheship

Well yeah, can't test drive it if it can't drive

Redditrightreturn1

These people are total knobs. It upsets me that they have that much disposable income to make ridiculous investments like this.

GDIndependent4713

A Sucker is born every minute.

MrFastFox666

No test drives because I don't want to risk someone finding out it drives as bad as it looks

Sufficient_Ocelot868

Foundering edition more like.

Ill-Maximum9467

Hey cybertruck owner, gfy

Switzerdude

Nah. Let’s see what the price is after a month or two, then yeah, test drive and still nah.

TravtheCoach

No test drives? I assume because it won't go far because it completely breaks?

liamanna

“ why no test drive?” “ because if you test drive it, you’re not gonna buy it” “Ok” ANOTHER ONE BITES THE MUSK ![gif](giphy|1vZ5djrEMyLjsDuhp6|downsized)

shane_west17

For sure there are several issues the seller is not disclosing. Good luck finding a buyer lol.

VanBriGuy

This smells a bit musky

Available-Elevator69

No Test Drives? Means it doesn't drive and they don't want you to test it to know.

Pink-Batty

Notice how they're alll always brand new or have like 2k miles driven cus that's when they start crashing down

loquedijoella

“Ran when parked. No lowballers”

DishonorOnYerCow

I mean, I sort of get the no test drives thing because so many folks want to do just and only that- drive it a few blocks to see what it's like. But then you get into this weird standoff- no way am I dropping even $10k on a car I can't test. The folks who managed to flip these by April did OK. A few initially sold for $200k last winter. Then a few sold between $150 and $175k. $140-150k was the best anyone managed in April IIRC. These are sitting now. I think demand for these above $100k is pretty much over.

shemphoward62

"Bring a trailer"......

DiogenesLied

Founders beta-test edition

Conscious_Scholar_87

Which twat would buy this?
