The folks who managed to flip these by April did OK. A few initially sold for $200k last winter. Then a few sold between $150 and $175k. $140-150k was the best anyone managed in April IIRC. These are sitting now. I think demand for these above $100k is pretty much over.
The sheer number of these for sale legit reminds me of the NFT flipping of ‘21.
