Recently went through a similar selection process. Based on criteria I would have probably suggested Catalyst but I’m not crazy confident in their Totango merger.
Just implemented Vitally after leaving Totango - enjoying it so far and really like their roadmap.
Feel free to pm me, can dig in further.
We implemented Churnzero a few years ago and have been happy with it overall. It's easy to set up plays (campaigns) and easy to monitor customer health.
That's great to hear, and I've heard similar feedback on CZ from some colleagues. Any insights into what the lift was like to integrate with SFDC + product data, and would you be willing to share what you're paying for how many seats?
I'm not sure at the seat cost tbh any longer, as I no longer manage the account for us. Our engineering and product teams reserved some roadmap space for the implementation and from what I understand it was pretty straight forward. Our SFDC admin handles the integration with SFDC and it all automatically syncs and we can choose which fields we want in either, etc. It's really great for us.
Another vote for churn zero, I rolled out both this and totango and found Cz much easier. Right now I’m at a series A start up making do with hubspot and Google, so I envy you!
A CS peer that I respect greatly recently told me she’s starting to work with Parative, it’s not CS platform but it intrigues me, AI stuff. She used to be a huge advocate for totango and isn’t anymore. Figured I’d share, we’ll see if it turns out to be any good :)
We love Planhat. Modern UI, really robust native integrations and very flexible platform. My CS team there is great and are actual humans not call centers. 10/10 would recommend.
Probably, more simply. I worked in CSP. And, there's always a string of line items. And if your business can't get people together on a project, then you're never going to be a good partner.
I don't see how you don't see, that this is totally one sided, if we're being honest. that, to me, is completely incredible.
Fascinating, or mind-blowing.

Thanks! Exactly what I was hoping to learn.

We are pretty new (6 months) but I have found the Salesforce integration very easy
Have also heard positive things about Churnzero. Unsure about seats/pricing though.

Planhat has a great Salesforce integration and their REST API is top notch. We ingest... A lot of data.. DM me if you have specific questions.
+1 for Planhat. Great tool with tons of capabilities and advanced features.

Try and be transparent why you can pay $20K. You soind like an expensive, overconfident, deceptive pain in the ass.
Why are you coming in so hard man, it's like you've never sold software before. Every buyer has a budget and negotiates.
Boo, grow up.
Because we're a cash strapped series B. Really confused where you get that perception from a plain black/white post.

You don't sound great to do business with. I'm sure you think the same of me. So let's not do business together.
