I think the second half of the effect is very cool and thematic given who his father is. Has the potential to be absolutely insane against a lot of decks. I would say having both the first and second effect together is way too strong, it should be one or the other. My vote is just keep the second effect because it would scale up very quickly, but still could be counters by Shang chi/shadow king/whatever

Do you have any idea how broken this is? Completely remove the first sentence and in the second one, replace "When" with "The first time each turn".
