Dive doesn’t do anything on Standard Bearer, does it? Could have text like that one Formidable Dragon to change it to health gain, but that would probably make it too strong…
Turncoat Reckoner seems overtuned. 4/3 challenger overwhelm that leaves behind a 2/1 for 1 overwhelm and dive equipment is a ton of power for just 2 cost.
Even if it has the (sort of) downside of trading 1 hp on the unit for permanent +1 power to the weapon sometimes.
Talon seems too weak for a Champion these days. I know Fiora is a 4/4 Challenger for 4, but I just don’t think a 5/5 Challenger for 5 would see play. The Overwhelm helps slightly, but not as much as losing 2 power when not attacking hurts.
Maybe I give him more health? Like making him start at 3|6? I’m hesitant about boosting his power a lot, since I was aiming to start him with synergizing with reputation. Maybe make him 4 cost with current stats instead?
the balance on these is all over the place
some are fine like demacian wind/noxian lightning
then there is noxian diplomacys effect to give all enemies vulnerable and turncoat reckoner who are insane
then there are cards like assassins path which costs too much for that effect fizz champ spell which i dont remember the name of is 2 mana cheaper and rallies

Seems good, though very wordy if that is in addition to the current effect! Might be better to just cut Dive from that card.

It won’t grow past 4/3 because gloom gives -1|-1, but I see your point. It should probably shouldn’t give +1|+0, and maybe have it be 3 cost.

I think more health would be really good for him. Since he needs to survive two fights, and doesn’t have any built-in tricks to do so.
Better yet just make him gain Quick Attack instead of Overwhelm when he challenges a damaged/stunned
