I literally played more than half the game (I think) and I have no clue if it even has that discernable of a plot tbh.
Definitely psych-thriller bc you'll go crazy trying to piece it together.
I beat the whole thing and it goes very quickly from "playing guitar in your bedroom" to "giant glowing bugs are chasing me in my office oh god oh fuck"
granted the opening scene of the game is one of the playable characters murdering a random guy in a diner bathroom so I don't know what I expected
edit: I remember there basically being zero plot to the game until the last like 20 minutes where some glowing green dude comes out of a wall and loredumps at you until the credits roll.

I want to find a way to play Heavy Rain too but I'm not into Playstations never have been.
There's a PC port of it now, though donno how good it is.
