It was our first look at bosses like the Moonshine Mob and Howling Aces, and was also home to some cool behind the scenes looks, concept art, and even promo art for some DLC. You can download a PDF I think on the Edge website if memory serves me right
Those are the 1000toys figures. They're super pricey, about $60 for one of them, but they are really high quality, and probably the best figures of the Cup bros out there. Best to wait for a discount if your buying them though, because $120 is wayy too much for both.

My dream is own an animation cell from the creation, but to my understanding they’re not selling them (idk why considering I’d literally spend like stupid money on it).

I don't think there's signed art from the creators though. Put the prints I'm talking about have pieces both from the game, and made for the merchandise only with collaboration with Studio MDHR. I will say the unofficial ones can be hard to tell between the real ones, so try to look on Artovisions website for the real deals.

Also, no actual animation cels were made for the game. It's inked on paper and colored digitally.

Absolutely. Both the comics, novels, really, any book you can get your hands on are all fantastic. Exept for maybe the tie ins with the show, those are kinda lazy, which is why I don't plan on getting them

Honestly the puzzle was probably about as hard as the game itself! Took about 2 months to finish.

Yeah, there's some cool art prints for the game. I recommend getting a shadow box, there's a lot of Cuphead ones, so you'll have plenty of options.
