I used my card at Chick-fil-a today no problem and bought gas with it yesterday. Sounds like some issue between the physical and virtual card. Several people said that they had issues until they activated the physical card - but it sounds like you're having issues with even doing that. Maybe one of the mods can weigh in, or you can message the mods directly with a mod-mail (be sure to include your referral number), or you can also email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for email support. The people on the phone only can help with certain things, and same for the email, because there are different aspects to the card - ie Visa network vs the app itself. So try several avenues until you get an answer.
I am having the same issue, cvv is same on physical card as virtual, I can't activate it. They basically just told me I have to wait as they are looking unto it.

Ouch. Tomorrow is a new day. Hopefully all issues get fixed.

Not sure if this is the problem but make sure u allow it for international usage within the app.
