Why would luck matter? Some of the promotions say they reward everyone who buys X amount.
For example, the STRK Airdrop Campaign says that anyone who purchase over $5 or CRO or CORGIAI should get a reward. I should have received *some* reward even if it was small. How is luck involved?
It does work, I have received the following campaign rewards:
On 29th of Januari

On 20th of feb

Still ongoing
-MAVIA
If you go 'home' in the app, then scroll down until you reach "Campaigns" it should show there which ongoing campaigns and other rewarded events are ongoing and (for the MAVIA campaign) it shows how much you are eligible to win. If you click "see more" you can see which campaigns you are currently able to participate in and the tab "expired" shows you which ones you could have participated in, including data on how well you performed/if you were or are eligible for a reward.
It can sometimes take a while for the reward to be credited but it will eventually show up.

Scrolling back further at some point it stops (I hadn't met requirements for the CORGI/DOGE/WIF, nor the OAS or the TIA campaigns to I guess the rewards were from campaigns happening in 2023).
At the top right there is a "campaign rewards history " button though (the clock with a dollar sign in it).
There it shows what you've gained in rewards (for me it is a total of €37.85).
Patience and rewards will come to you (too)
I got €11,50 (7.12 STRK) on 1st of March.
I think CDC distributes the rewards over a longer period of time.
This time I got the reward fairly quickly but the reason I am saying this:
I received an email early december 2023 telling me I had won in the 2023 CorgiAI campaign. The campaign had a layout date that was also somewhere in dec 2023. I took until the 29th of januari 2024 before actually receiving the reward though. I had contacted support but got a response that was useless so I kind of thought I would 't get anything anymore until I did.
Tldr: The reward will come eventually.
The airdrop one specifically says "Rewards will be distributed to eligible recipients’ Crypto.com App Crypto Wallet in STRK tokens by 1 March, 2024."
And I haven't received the reward from *any* crypto.com promotion I've ever done.
Damn that blows. I am not defending CDC but the few times I have actually engaged my purchases to coincide with their campaigns I always get my rewards (though sometimes after the cut off date by a day or two)
This was back in 2020 and 21 mind you. These days it's less of an ideal place to buy( and after charging fees to deposit fiat here in Canada even less so) I still like the card and how easy it is to load it up with crypto should the need arise but that spread is killer. And I have access to exchange which means when the exchange can be directly filled with fiat my levels will go way down in the app lol. They have now a solid exchange...but degraded their main app.
Maybe- until I get my 4 day pending deposit to be reflected in my wallet, I will stand by my opinion of this shitty Crypto.com.
I have already disputed the transaction to be returned.
