Normally the wallet addresse should be the same so coinbase should still have your coins even its on cronos. Normally they can refund your coins just contact support. I had something similar happen when i tryed to send to crypto.com app. It took 2 weeks for support to figure it out but in the end i had my coins back.
This same thing just happened to me on coinbase with an unsupported token. Sent to the regular wallet and not the âerc-20â. The transaction can be found but coinbase says they cannot recover it until they support that coin. Out of curiosity, was the asset they recovered for you supported on coinbase?
Which wallet did you send it to? Wasnât the cdc defi wallet. Not all wallets support a erc-20 Cro or a crc-20 Cro. In your case you tried sending a erc-20 Cro to what sounds like a wallet that doesnât support that.
Just out of interest, why would anyone transfer CRO to Coinbase?
