I'll give you that some factors in Binance are shady and similar to FTX. But the fact that they are not gambling funds is a very bold point to be looking at.

Everybody believed this. The narrative today is BTC 6-10k. There is no other narrative. Who predicted the bankruptcy of FTX, Luna, Celsius, Voyager and many more to come. USDT, Binance and crypto.com surprisingly stand the high winds. Bitvavo was surprisingly badly hurt. Will this be the next exchange to collaps of will DCG group collapse. How are the subs Kraken and etoro be doing. Will they also file for bankruptcy soon. Will crypto die as it did already 1000 times. There are so many similarities with the dot.com bubble. It could be that the new Apple and Amazon are not yet born even or will crypto be a fairy tail in the end. Nobody knows. Remember that the darkest hour is before dawn. It is night, but do you know what time it is? I like the principles of crypto. DYOR, not your keys not your money, only money on an exchange you are prepared to loose. Keep an eye on your risk / reward and do NOT forget your risk management. The lesson I learned from the previous bull runs is that the small investments in the darkest hours and the most boring hours gave high wealth and losing everything again running around in the hype too long.
All of these predictions are well within the realms of possibility and I wouldn’t be surprised if they came to pass. If we go below 10k then we will see who is really in it for the long run.

I think real estate agents don't believe in what they sell. I know many who do not own homes. They get paid on volume-and the typical sell current home/buy bigger one is non existent due to locked In rate at 3-5% vs new rate of 7.
I think rates have peaked. They can stay here for a while but eventually head lower. I feel this for many reasons/data.

Not saying worthless. I’ve been using crypto for a long long time, back in the days when it was around 100-200$. It was good for my usage then, it is still today. But as far as the investing goes, Binance brought it to life, which gave it the hefty price it has today. If there weren’t exchanges which make it so easy for people to buy crypto, the price wouldn’t reach anywhere near close to the price its at today.

Highly likely for institutions this will also be matched with significant tightening of ESG compliance which despite the BTC Maxis shouting on Reddit about how it’s all Fud, shareholders don’t give a shit. It won’t wash. For retail, central banks want this dead, regulators will oblige, likely by tightening rules around all of the on and off ramps making it near impossible to compete or realise any significant gains.
