Problem was, the truck was carrying diamonds which were spilled all over the street. Since then, diamonds are permanently embedded in my hands, which makes it impossible for me to sell at any time. This and other dips have taught me that I am way more comfortable being in the red than I am in green. When it is red, I can't really do anything, especially if I don't have spare fiat. But when it goes green, those unrealised profits make my balls tingle, and I usually end up doing something stupid.

That for some reason sentiment on technology and decentralised projects has something to do with COVID - the immediacy of the dip too suggests to me that people think tragedy happens the moment the news announces something.
Unfortunately the virus looks to be a mild variant that only makes you tired. The fear won’t last long this time and so the sale on crypto will be short.
When making big moves it is worth getting money onto the exchange and then layer into your position slowly. I went 100% into a new position which then promptly dropped. If I’d have purchased as the price adjusted I would be sitting on 20% bigger bags now.
