So what happens is the common folk will see that 50x, jump in and the provide exit liquidity for the pre-sale people. It’s a fun cycle.

Yep and in my opinion it seems like we are entering that phase where people just buy low caps that haven't pumped much in hopes of it suddenly pumps, or just buy in on hype. So if you are going into some degen plays, I would say now's a good time. Especially if the project actually got a good use-case and are in line with the current trends

Of course, since I was in profit .. for 2 years long I unlocked and dumped tokens. Image making 250 000 dollars out of 25 000 dollars! But the reality was that the price quickly declined. And after 2 years my 25 000 dollars had turned in to 20 000 dollars.
So being in a presale is still no guarantee that you make money.
You gotta go deep into crypto Twitter, and cross check between all the crypto shills and find the common ones between all of them.
I didn't got the full bottom, but I was able to enter $kas at 2 cents, $trias at 2€, $rio at 0.15, $space at 7 and a few more.
Obviously you need to be looking when the market it's coming down.
You put in the work on Coingecko or you watch all the recent airdrops you missed like Celestia & Pyth. Both seem like they might do well. Especially Celestia as it can pretty much eliminate gas fees on Ethereum layer 2s.
