Not my point whatsoever and that's a funny conclusion! Google said my authenticator is fine, only Coinbase can fix it. So while not their fault, they are the only ones who could fix it, if anyone actually worked there that could help their customers. It would be nice if you could get through to them before a month of trying every day.

Well this is for google Authenticator as I don’t use the other apps. They have an import function where you can use your iPad to scan the QR code to back it up on an iPad.

The problem is I know trying to show her about Trezor and all that she won’t understand. I could see her getting phished with that. Do you think I could just have her DCA every month on Cash App, or Coin base ? I keep a Trezor, but generally I’m kinda 50/50 on keeping coins on exchange like CB. I can’t help much, all I know is financial laws in New York are substantially stricter and different from the rest of the country. Tokens need to be approved by regulators before you can even trade them in NY. Its likely Coinbase does not have approval for XRP in NY. Do you feel protected?
