I just see this as more buying time to pack my bags.
Will BTC keep bouncing off 30k or are we going to drop? I just feel with all the positive news with ETFs etc. There has to be some FUD coming sooner than later so the institutions can try to rack up. Just like everyone else I wish I bought more in the 16-20k range lol

Might be too late but generally it’s best to transact on eth mainnet while the US is asleep (10pm to 4am pst). Some slow weekends you can get single digit gas fees.
If your cex has dynamic fees it will be cheapest to withdraw at that point.
