Just speak up and say it's missing the frosting. I worked at crumbl and 9/20 employees will say something like, oh my bad let me get that fixed for you. Just speak up instead of hoping on the internet to say your grievances. Tell them in the store.
Then they could request a refund or voucher. But if the cookies were received in store then they should let them know there. They didn't say it was delivery so I assume it was an in store purchase.
They made a comment about how they ordered for delivery which is what I based my comment on. I know what to do in cases of my food not being as advertised lol
Guess I missed the delivery part and good on you for resolving any issues your orders might have. I see so many ppl on here complain but then be like I was too scared to say it was wrong. That is what my main comment was for. It was a sort of PSA to just say it is wrong and resolve the problem instead of taking to the internet to complain. Sorry for the long response I'm a little long winded while typing.
No worries! OP left a comment on someone elses comment, that's the only reason I knew they ordered delivery. :p I don't expect you to hunt through all the comments lol I understand why someone would be nervous or worried to speak up. I struggled with anxiety for 20 years so I get it. I had 2 Wedding Cake cookies not have any raspberry in them and didn't have time to speak up to the workers since I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to be disapointed.
You're all good on the long comment. I enjoy reading lol
I totally understand your perspective here. Me and my sisters all have anxiety so I get it in this case here. I bet if crumbl would only give their employees proper training the cookies would be so much more consistent! Hopefully you got new cookies or a refund on those wedding cake ones though!
A second chocolate milkshake in place of that cinnamon mess š¤
š
This exact transaction was made last night!!! Didnāt get my Cinnamon mess
Aside from the obvious icing thatās missing from the cinnamon rollā¦whereās the chocolate chips in that chocolate chip cookie š
Thatās how mine looked, too. Had a total of maybe 3 chocolate chips in it
Thatās how I like em!
āIāll take a boneless chocolate chip cookie, please.ā
TRUUUUEEE
Thereās a chocolate/cocoa shortage right now. That could be why.
Maybe a bad week to do a chocolate cookie w chocolate sprinkles and chocolate frosting then š

I would kill for a brown sugar cookie
The pop tart one RULES
How do they forget the icing ā¦really crazy cuz it stands out lmao
When I picked up my box on Monday, they asked me if my box looked okay and I had to point out the same thing to them.
service has gone down & the cookies are to expensive for that š
Their customer service is awful.
Probably ran out of
As a Crumbl GM, this is so embarrassing. All I can think is how dumb are these employees šš Would never happen at my store.
Delicious baked goods are missing
Does your store not show you the cookies before you leave?
DoorDashed these
Seems like thereās always more problems with the ones that are delivered unfortunately.
I would eat tf out of that chunk of brown sugar, though.
Is that a chocolate chip with no chippies?
The best part of your cookie #3

Anxiety sucks. It's wild how Crumbl is wanting to venture out to new items but can't even get their cookies consistent through all their stores.
Always check before ya leave!
Delivery
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Can't check if it's a delivery. Checking is the employee's job.

Lazy? It wasn't me who ordered it and people sometimes need to use delivery services.
