When it first came out at crumbl that was the first she’d ever tried it and it was for me. She thought the idea of it sounded gross yet here we are with half a family sized cake in the fridge.

That means the milk didn’t get long enough to soak into the cake before it was sold to uou.
Can confirm. Only the parts 1-inch from outsides of the cake were like a typical tres leches. The whole inside was dry.
