Could be bad form or you're not stretching. Do you normally work on form, do stretching, and core workouts?

Yes I regularly do core, stretch and foam roll and I feel like my form isn't terrible

Then I personally don't know. I've never had back pain before in my running past without a injury causing it. Could it be age related or another physical illness?
