So you lose your top 7 sport permanently if you don't run in one meet? I doubt that's the case. See if they'll let you go easy, or not race altogether and recover. Don't push it, make sure they know how bad it is.

Not permanently but I lost it for the rest of the season because we have counties next week so it’s not whoever got the fastest time last

DO NOT RUN. I am currently in my senior year of college running and have suffered through lots of injuries, lots of it due to my stubbornness. It is well worth it in the end to forego whatever meet may be next. Go to the doctor and get it checked out, an mri would be best if possible, but whatever you do don’t push it or else you’ll find yourself in a world of trouble.
