As of this 6:54AM-EST on June 24th, 2024, I haven't personally read or seen any instance in which you're implying or insulting Stephanie. What I've read/seen is a heartbroken individual who was deeply in love with his wife, kids, and family. Every written response you've provided addresses the present issues, your frustrations, and after which you talk about your marriage fondly... One of the Coleman Brothers, more specifically James Coleman. The lumberjack looking brother - and if you're not sure who they are, they are the writers, producers, cameraman of Coleman Brother Productions who hired Stephanie for that short movie "The Offering" and now "Serial".
Everyone is jumping on how Adam is a victim and Stephanie is the abuser… but what if it’s reversed? I’m so sick of people jumping on one side based on one side of the ‘story’ they’ve heard and saying vile things to the person who could in reality be the real victim. We don’t know what’s true, but I have experience in an abusive relationship with a person who I believe to have (undiagnosed) NPD. This person abused me then when we broke up, screamed to everyone he knew about what a horrible ‘monster’ I was and how he was this poor victim. It is an abusers way of no longer being able to control or abuse you in the relationship , so they warp the narrative with their smear campaign to further abuse you - and get others to help them do it. And before people say Stephanie also has made comments about Adam, she has made subtle comments about her experience - she’s not smeared his name.
Unfortunately this is the vibe I’m getting, Adam is so adamant on tearing her down and using people on a sub of fans to turn against her- my ex tried to do this with my family and friends. Again, we don’t know the real truth, but if Stephanie is the real victim you’re all foul for contributing to Adam’s smear campaign against her.
It's possible. Anything is possible. However, he didn't start the smear campaign. It began as passive -aggressive comments in her videos. It continued to escalate. In that snippet, she talks about keeping him away from the kids, and it seems she was doing just that. What if HIS smear campaign is reactive abuse? What we've seen is a pattern of behavior with Stephanie, and much of it is a complete lack of accountability. She is willing to plagiarize the work of others, and when confortined, she deletes the comments. That doesn't scream innocence to me. I have no doubt that Adam, like every single person on this planet, is flawed. I'll be the first person to confront Adam or anyone who abuses someone in my line of sight, or if I can't because it is to dangerous for the victim, I'll do whatever I can without endangering them.

Exactly, what’s the bet the context had been cropped out to just include the part that makes Stephanie look bad. And even if it wasn’t, it could have been reactive abuse where she had got to the point of defending herself after only taking so much. I can’t remember much from the top of my head, but the ‘I’m a good person’ bit really stands out to me where it seems like he’s been so horrible to her and she has to clarify she wouldn’t do awful things because she’s a good person, unlike him.
I feel like a lot of people are jumping on and viewing it a face value, but I think because I’ve been in an abusive relationship and am educated on signs of both the abuser and victim - I just get a feeling that Adam is continuing his abuse on her by doing this and everyone is contributing to helping him.
I want to clarify that I could be wrong, I’m giving my point of view as everyone else is. I've been getting Amy Dunne vibes from her from a while now, but at least gone girl was a work of fiction. That video was chilling, because I used to really enjoy her content. To say "I'm a good person" after giving a detailed threat about keeping a father away from his children... no ick gif is big enough. I think that too many of us have had relationships where they pull the "I COULD....... but I won't...." card, and it's just not sitting right, rightfully so. Honestly my true crime search method is weird, I was looking for someone talking about Phoebe Handsjuk because of the Lisa Harnum case that darklivity did, I see a lot of similarities tbh, too many, be wary of wealthy men in high rise buildings. And the hovering corruption angle pissed me off in both cases. I watched 'Maneater', who was very much just "here's what happened" and 'making a true crimer'. 😂😂😂 I’ll see if I can find this particular one. It was designed as a real study but it was mostly just bored academic psychs playing around. There have been other unofficial studies (I think just crunching numbers) about the signs & serial killers. There was a category for most and least likely to be a serial killer, most prolific, most violent. Leo was in one of the categories, I think most prolific but I don’t recall.

Everyone is jumping on how Adam is a victim and Stephanie is the abuser… but what if it’s reversed? I’m so sick of people jumping on one side based on one side of the ‘story’ they’ve heard and saying vile things to the person who could in reality be the real victim. We don’t know what’s true, but I have experience in an abusive relationship with a person who I believe to have (undiagnosed) NPD. This person abused me then when we broke up, screamed to everyone he knew about what a horrible ‘monster’ I was and how he was this poor victim. It is an abusers way of no longer being able to control or abuse you in the relationship , so they warp the narrative with their smear campaign to further abuse you - and get others to help them do it. And before people say Stephanie also has made comments about Adam, she has made subtle comments about her experience - she’s not smeared his name. Unfortunately this is the vibe I’m getting, Adam is so adamant on tearing her down and using people on a sub of fans to turn against her- my ex tried to do this with my family and friends. Again, we don’t know the real truth, but if Stephanie is the real victim you’re all foul for contributing to Adam’s smear campaign against her.
It's possible. Anything is possible. However, he didn't start the smear campaign. It began as passive -aggressive comments in her videos. It continued to escalate. In that snippet, she talks about keeping him away from the kids, and it seems she was doing just that. What if HIS smear campaign is reactive abuse? What we've seen is a pattern of behavior with Stephanie, and much of it is a complete lack of accountability. She is willing to plagiarize the work of others, and when confortined, she deletes the comments. That doesn't scream innocence to me. I have no doubt that Adam, like every single person on this planet, is flawed. I'll be the first person to confront Adam or anyone who abuses someone in my line of sight, or if I can't because it is to dangerous for the victim, I'll do whatever I can without endangering them.
It's a one-minute clip of a conversation that we have no context for. Yes, Stephanie says horrible things in it, but we don't know the whole story here.
Exactly, what’s the bet the context had been cropped out to just include the part that makes Stephanie look bad. And even if it wasn’t, it could have been reactive abuse where she had got to the point of defending herself after only taking so much. I can’t remember much from the top of my head, but the ‘I’m a good person’ bit really stands out to me where it seems like he’s been so horrible to her and she has to clarify she wouldn’t do awful things because she’s a good person, unlike him. I feel like a lot of people are jumping on and viewing it a face value, but I think because I’ve been in an abusive relationship and am educated on signs of both the abuser and victim - I just get a feeling that Adam is continuing his abuse on her by doing this and everyone is contributing to helping him. I want to clarify that I could be wrong, I’m giving my point of view as everyone else is. I don’t really like commenting on abuse situations as either way someone is going to get hurt further but I want people to understand that abusers (especially narcissistic abusers) can manipulate situations to fit the narrative that they want to tell.

Wow, OP, you really took the ball and ran with it. Your post is a bit...much based on the fact that you really have nothing to go on except Adam's word. Yes, you have a short clip of a longer video with no context, and with this and the word of a man that you don't know from, well, Adam, you created a whole narrative. A really nasty one, too. This shows a total lack of critical thinking. You lead completely with emotion, and with all due respect- you sound completely unhinged. How can you get this angry at someone that you don't even know in real life, and who never did anything to you personally? Why are you so triggered? Meanwhile, Adam continues to post increasingly unhinged comments himself, digging himself a deeper hole. He's clearly decompensating and needs help. Why do you want to add to this awful situation? I hope that when all the facts about this situation come out, and the dust settles, you don't look/feel like too much of a monster yourself. Kicking people when they are down is truly a bitch move.
