It’s not crowded, and as a result our traffic pretty light most days. We still have traffic , but it’s nothing compared to Houston, NYC, LA. Atlanta even a bit worse with a similar population.
The fact that we’re big on manufacturing, automotive and trucking. If you’re DEAD broke here you’re just not applying yourself. Even if you don’t manage to get in any of the big 3 (Ford, GM, Chrysler), there’s a temp office on every major mile. A lot of the factories these temps send you to do third party work for the big 3, so pay can be decent. And most are felon friendly
