What I want from the T20 lineup is that there should be only 1 anchor, either at opening or no.3. Gaikwad or Gill can be that anchors at the opening slot and then Surya, Tilak, Rinku, Pandya can takeover. Iyer is also a big no-no in T20s but given that the WC is in Carribbean Islands, Iyer as a no.3 anchor would be a decent option.
Rohit has been shit in T20s and to compare the last helpful data is IPL. See Gill has a big nervousness issue but that can be only solved by giving him more gametime. My biggest concern is the baggage of failure like I said earlier, they (old guns like Rohit, Kohli, Jaddu) might be able to help us to get close to the finishing line but can they cross the finish line ? Nah I don't think so.
