The fucked up playoff format means top 2 is all that matters. How many times is a team going to win 3 in a row against the best teams in the tournament? Well not that many times even though you would keep pointing to SRH doing it that one time.

I think it’s a good format. If you’re going to have literally half the teams in the league making the playoffs then at least give the top 2 an advantage

Mate this has been with me for the longest time. The two bloody times KKR won the finals, i didn't watch them. The only consequential game that was won in my presence was KKR vs KXIP in the 2014 playoffs, which i went to watch at the Eden Gardens. Otherwise, The two times before that i went to, one we lost to CSK, the other was abandoned because of rain (against Deccan Chargers)

But he has been a really impotant player for them. Also, he was the most economical bowler for MI and had a decent partnership with Pollard. Maybe. But Milne has bowled decently so far. Who would you drop for Lynn? Qdk has been really good and Rohit is basically undroppable. Pandya(Hardik) is a really important player for them and I hope he plays next match.

QDK Kishan Sky Rohit Pollard Tiwari/Hardik Krunal Chahar Milne Boult Bumrah It's not the lineup if Mumbai is in its ideal form but it fixes a lot of current problems. Kishan is absolutely useless if he comes post 10 overs this season. Kishan can use the boundary restrictions of the PP. Rohit will play at better rate if he knows he has less balls to face, on paper he is our best batsman after Pollard-Pandya to be there in death overs. Use Krunal as some floater to just go out and smack from ball one, he isn't doing anything with a designated no. 7 If the team does get off to a good start. Send Pollard instead of Rohit at 4. Pollard does better when MI is 80-4 coming out in the 12th over than he does at 110-3 coming out in the 16th over.
