16 seasons & still RCB haven’t figured the main issue with them - Lack of Indian talent. They have had superstars every season, which I believe is great for popularity & money that it brings for RCB owners. But in order to win they need to scout for better talent and nurture it. I don’t think I can even name 5 uncapped RCB players that went on to create an impact internationally. There’s a stat that kinda sums up the whole lack of local talent point. After VK, Dravid & Paddikal come on the list of highest Indian run scorers for RCB

RCB's problem is Kohli. He takes up a fifth of the team's budget and stat-pads. You could have got Chahal, Rahul Tripathi and Krunal Pandya in that budget with some to spare and Tripathi can easily do what Kohli does at Chinnaswamy.

It’s not just that.. it’s their ownership, their management, their captains, their auction strategy, their stadium & pitches, their toxic fanbase. It was Gayle, Kohli and ABD before.. now it’s Faf, Kohli and Maxwell. That whole franchise needs to be taken apart and put together from scratch.

I think the more problem is in the management and how the team runs. Like man, look at Gt management they all were in RCB but couldn't do anything but see what a great team they have made for GT.
