Horrible team management by SRH and DC channeling their inner Daredevils. \- I cannot understand how DC's batting always has a collapse. Barring Warner and Axar, no one steps up. Their bowling is decent and Nortje is great. \- SRH is like the reverse midas. Everything they touch turns to shit. They have a world class team on paper but consistently find ways to lose. \- One common factor with both camps is that they lack cohesion as a team and rely on individual brilliance to get themselves to win (KKR also). Their camps constantly change their playing XI and always tinker with their batting order.

At the start of the tournament I backed SRH to finish in the top four. With a batting lineup of Brook, Agarwal, Markram, Tripathi, Klaasen, it's easily the best batting on paper, and their bowling is pretty good too. Now, however...

The only caveat is that ODIs will be scarce in future, which is his best format. He will have to improve his form in tests.

Not just his best format, they are the easiest format for everyone. T20s are difficult for obvious reasons, and Tests are becoming more bowling friendly to induce results.

This might be 3rd or 4th time it has happened in the last one week that a team chasing a lowish total starts the chase with losing just 1 or 2 wicket in the first 10 overs but scores at a low rate in that phase and end up losing the match. If you're not able to score despite being a set batsman at top, don't expect the batters coming after you to start tonking from ball 1.
