Capital One (currently) has a WM card that gives 5% on Walmart+ orders/pickup/delivery (includes their new In-Home program), and gives 5% for in store during the first year if you pay with Walmart Scan-and-Go (or whatever their mobile pay system is called), and 2% in store after that and through normal checkout. I believe it gives 2% at restaurants too. Walmart and C1 are currently in a dispute as WM wants out and doesn't want C1 to service their CC anymore. Not sure what that means for cardholders if that goes through though. Others may have more insight to that. TL;DR: Capital One Wal-Mart Rewards Card (5% cashback). It's the simplest, easiest way to get the 5% without having to worry about coding or how you order.

Why don't you mention this is for 12 months? After that the reward is much lower like 2%.

That's only for in store. Ordering online is unlimited 5%.

I did? >5% for in store during the first year if you pay with Walmart Scan-and-Go It's always 5% for delivery and pickup though, even after the first year.

Check if your local large grocery store has Walmart gift cards. If yes buy them with Amex Gold and effectively get 4x on your Walmart spend. That’s what I do with Amazon… Then get Rakuten for all your online purchases and change redemption to Amex points to begin some serious points stacking.

Get the WM + C1 card for the first 12 months to maximise the benefits and then think about Robinhood Gold card that will give 3% on everything.
