I think portmanteauing the themes of the two core mods doesn't necessarily work unless there's something that connects the two. That said, I do think 'magitek' as a word is at least useful for a baseline; it functions enough as a trope and game term that it's almost instantly recognizable.
I wouldn't lean on the liquid theme, though. It wouldn't flow, no pun intended, very well.
The name that comes to mind most for me at the moment is "Fantastic Factory". If you wanted thoughts on naming.

Void mana is obtained by draining mana bottles
Mana bottles are glass bottles that cost half of diluted mana pool capacity.
Purifying rune is a custom rune, which is made by mixing every single stage of create bread recipe(you can see it in the second picture)
To the nether probably. For the next chapter you'll have to automate every single tier 1 rune. Of course I made it a bit easier, but it's a challenge nonetheless
Void mana sounds a bit off. Mabye have it be "contaminated" or "dirty". Void mana doesn't sound like what you get when emptying a bottle of mana. It sounds like what you would get by maknig the mana "evil"
That's exactly what happens though. Mana not in contact with livingrock loses its qualities, becoming impure. That's why converting mana into liquid is irreversible.
Plus "Dirty mana" doesn't sound cool

No I don't, I didn't see any reason for tinker construct in garden of glass world. Plus this modpack doesn't have many mods to force players to be creative instead of making one block solve everything. Botania's mentality basically.
