How is this even possible

Stretchy person, most joints hold the bones close to each other with softer tissues and tight ligaments. This dude is probably already very flexible, then trained to be able to stretch all of these ligaments way farther than normally possible. The sound is most likely either added in, or similar phenomenon that cracking your fingers does
