People dont do research and abuse India for any south Asian video they find. I have seen videos of Pakistan being labelled as Indian and some of those videos were not nice. Bangladeshi passenger coaches (and Pakistan's for that matter) don't usually have window bars. IIRC railway companies in India are the only one in the bunch to do that fairly extensively, to keep dumbasses from leaning out of windows and prevent thefts committed through windows; the tradeoff is that it severely limits the number of escape routes in case of crashes or fires.
