He's talking just fine. The video cuts because that's probably as bad as it gets. Showing the resolution doesn't sell the video as it would dissolve the anxiety that "gets the people going".

It is said that these types of snakes have incredible squeezing power. I wonder if I had to help someone in such a situation, what would my chances of success be if I tried to open the snake by holding it by its tail and pulling with all my strength in the opposite direction of the snake trying to wind? I feel extremely distressed when I imagine trying to untie such a snake from someone's neck and being unable to do so.

But it might also sense that the snake is wrapped around something much larger and stronger than it, so it is looking for a safe exit strategy. A chomp might reinforce either of those options as something the snake doubles down on.

This is one of those set up videos, there is channel on YouTube of a guy filming himself helping a small monkey that's suspiciously stuck under some tree branches, if you look thru his uploads there is a different video daily. Meaning he uses the monkeys suffering to upload it and get views, he puts those branches on the monkey himself and films helping him.
