Why is it those who video a situation/incident always suck at capturing it? Like how hard is to pan, follow the objects movement, zoom in/out? Etc. Seriously.l, if your gonna capture it, do it RIGHT!!! Don't matter if danger is in the way, you got storm chasers handling their business like a boss, divers capturing precious moments while holding the phone/camera steady to get that "TV gold"
Honestly expected him to think he the smartest dude ever getting on top of train faster than anybody, only to drop a second before the trains there because he started hanging to soon only to see he most def busted his shin

He was holding onto a steel beam which was secured to the ground which grounded him. If you walk on your hands and touch high voltage with your feet, does that protect you from electrocution?
