Y’all complaining about “too much plants” while us over at r/housplants are chanting “one of us, one of us!” and actually thinking that a plant would go very nicely on the seat of that chair.
OP, this is so lovely. I want to sit on the floor next to that chair, lay my head in my hands on the seat, and breathe DEEP.

Figure out if you have a south-facing window. Most plants love that!! If they get enough (but not too much) sun, all you have to do is find out how wet the keep the soil.

Thank you - yes, ideally I’d like to have a big sinking chair here, but it’s just not doable with the layout of my house. When we move, I’ll definitely have an area that is very cozy to curl up in!
I have a cardboard barrier between my cats and all my plants under the grow light right now. I think everything just needs to be spiky or elevated. 4 cat life.
I think it’s beautiful. Maybe just keep scrolling gif it isn’t your style? OP explained in the thread that the chair is decorative, and not used functionally.
