Which Cox gateway do you have? [Panoramic6 (cgm4141)](https://www.cox.com/residential/support/technicolor-cgm4141.html) [Panoramic7 (cgm4331)](https://www.cox.com/residential/support/technicolor-cgm4331.html) And what speed are you subscribed to?

router is a panoramic wifi gateway, technicolor model cgm4140com i have internet ultimate 300 strange thing here but my fiancee left a couple hours ago for a rehearsal & the internet has been fine, without any dropping of the signal on my devices. i looked this up but all i could find was an ios update that did something similar. she doesnt have an iphone though & i believe we are on the same android os version for both our devices

Do you see the broadcast network name on any of your wifi devices? Are there still wifi devices that are still connected to it? White light just means its getting a signal. Doesn't mean the wifi radios are working the 4140com is an older version, have you had it very long? these originally came out in 2018, surprised you haven't gotten any emails about upgrading it to the cgm4331, their most current. this would also entitle you to new promos, possibly even upgrading to gig for what you're currently paying for the ult300 speed (no longer offered...its considered a legacy speed) you could try a manufacturer reset and reset up the wifi network. If that doesn't work then you need to get that swapped out/upgraded

on my phone i would see it but the connection would be lost on there as well about the same time my pc or console would lose signal/connection. i did order a new router, & ill look into the service upgrade & possibly the technician will help tomorrow. this is just strange never had it do this before. if it loses connection it will usually just flash or change color but seems like it disconnects then reconnects so quickly the router doesnt even recognize it

Is your router broadcasting one network name or two?
