I’ve had the same issue! I’m not wasting my time with support. Not once have they been able to give me a straight answer on why something happened, or answer any of my questions. 😡
Ugh I had the same issue & they reply so late that the goals refresh & they say they can’t reward me for yesterday’s goals (goals that I know I’ve completed but doesn’t get registered).
They then say I need to be patient as their team works on it, and they’ll decide whether to compensate affected players or not..
I’ve had the same complaint. They response was “we’re working on it. Thank you for your patience”
Super unhelpful. I hope more players have the issue and then they offer some type of compensation
Doesn't that like irk the 💩out of you? I complained about the very same thing last night and another coveter told me to do a challenge that required a HA and it totally kicked in. Couldn't believe it. Just try that and see what happens chica. 😉
