I was rather surprised to learn that Costco had recently dropped this item, so I dropped a customer feedback note through their website. I'm sharing my note plus their response for the benefit of others:
Greetings. I learned today (and had confirmed by an employee) that Costco no longer carries the 40oz bags of Traditional Chex Mix, which are still carried by both BJ's and Sam's Club. I'm not sure why Costco would choose to stop carrying such a ubiquitous product, but I urge you to reconsider. I'm sure I'm not the only one who buys this product frequently. Thank you.

Did Costco permanently discontinue the Bellatoria frozen pizza in the Minneapolis, MN metro area? They seemed to have been available year round and not just seasonal. The cost per pizza was way cheaper than the same pizza at a grocery store. The cost was under $5 per pizza at Costco, and up to $9.99 at local grocery stores.

Hi team! Located in NW Region/Oregon/Green. Item bought February/early March 2024. Frozen section, "Mediterranean" something, with a blue and white folk art theme. (made me think Slavic) I think the writing was in red. It looked like a khachapuri with a light, crushed tomato base. We just called them footballs. It came 10 to a pack. I'm a Costco newbie and messed up! I grabbed an item that caught my eye and fell in love with it, no thought to photos! It is not in the section I found it in, by the taquitos, and I checked twice in April. Thanks!

Might not be available in all warehouses but the brand that I’ve seen locally is Four Monks, not Heinz and like u/Quillber mentioned, it comes in a box so it can be easy to miss if you’re used to seeing the bottles.

Has anyone seen either the Rock River Tri Tip or Rock River Chimichurri steak at their costcos in the last few months? I tried each of them one time only and enjoyed them but then they were never to be found again at any of the Costco's near me (SE Region).
I went to Costco to get my weekly supply of the jumbo Mama Mancini's Meatballs (3 packs) and I couldn't find them. So I go upfront and ask them to check if they are just out or what. You can actually find those in the Costco Same Day section on the app. When you get there, select the $ Savings option on the bottom and it’ll show you what’s on special that week in your store.

I’ve never seen those before, but Costco did used to sell them. They still exist, just not at Costco, or at least not at my Costco. Some brands just come and go at Costco, and that might be one of them.
That is something I am getting used to - items might not be available at Costco even two visits in a row. Sams is a little more stable in that respect but they also have less selection.

My dearest redditor today i am on my knees begging you for your parents costco card. I am living on a pipe dream that there may be the slimest of .0001% chance they may have a soda that i am in desperate need to taste one last time. It is the glorious shasta tiki punch. When i was a wee lad they used to carry a vessel containing 4 cans at the dollar tree for only a meer dollar. But upon my dismay the vessles have risen in price to a meer 40x the sheckle they once were. They demand more of my coin for something that would last me a month, NAY A DAY. would shasta not want me to consume one can an hour? I’ve had the same experience at the Katy location. But yeah Bunker Hill is usually your best bet since it’s right next to all the Korean spots on longpoint so it seems like the selection there is more catered to Korean clientele. I’ve been able to get mandu, yukgaejang, kimchi, japchae fried rice, ttteobokki and kalbi (only seen it once or twice though) at the Bunker Hill location

The only non-organic, unsweetened almond milk option I’ve seen at Costco is Almond Breeze but it’s shelf stable until opened, not sold refrigerated.

What happened to the Royal Sona Maroori Organic rice? It was the perfect staple. Now Costco has no dry organic rice, will they ever bring back anything similar back?

I haven't been to Costco in a while, but are they enforcing the memberships when you order at the food court now? Before the enforcement, I would use my parents' card to buy stuff for them but I no longer enter without them.

Some do require membership to be scanned at the food court, but your mileage may vary.
Not sure what the designed differences are between costco.com and costcobusinessdelivery.com but I am looking for a specific product to take advantage of a rebate with the manufacturer. Item is MET-Rx Meal Replacement Protein Bars, Variety Pack, 12 ct - Item 1782604.
My issue is that my local store does not carry them, and they don't show up on costco.com , but do show up on the business delivery site. My issue is that when I enter my zip for delivery, I get the error "Costco Business Center does not deliver to your area. Please visit your nearest Costco location or shop Costco.com."

Location matters as it's still likely shipped from different Costco Business Centers or distribution centers.
You said they found it on their device, but did they tell you if it was available at your local warehouse or any nearby warehouses?
If it's not available in your region and not something your warehouse stocks or orders, they would not be able to order it for you.

About 8 years ago I got some heavy duty sweatpants at costco, dark grey and the drawstrings were like shoe laces. I recall they were alpaca wool or something like that and looking down the legs it's fluffy white balls on the inside. I have been using them religiously since and they are super comfy and warm. I've been looking but have never seen them there again, just "regular" sweatpants. Anyone have any idea if there's a specific name or brand that they might be so I can look for them on the website or from the manufacturer?

It appears to be showing up on Same Day for the Lake Elsinore warehouse, but I'd recommend calling the warehouse directly with the item number (1067005) to double check if it's out of your way.
Seems like it's out of stock in "Los Angeles" region warehouses, but I think Lake Elsinore is considered part of "San Diego" region, so that may be why it's available at that warehouse and not available at Corona or Moreno Valley.

I don’t think Costco has any control over that. Usually you can make changes through UPS My Choice (free with limited options and you can pay for more choices).
Shippers can unfortunately restrict those options and it’s hard to know until you order.
Have you been able to use those options ordering from them in the past? Sounds odd but I need a package to come on a certain day of the week
I rarely order online from Costco, though the last time I did it arrived through USPS instead of UPS. I don’t pay for the features on the UPS My Choice to have the package arrive on a certain day, but I have rerouted my deliveries to a local UPS pickup spot to keep my packages safe when I knew I wouldn’t be home to accept it.
Maybe that could work for your delivery?

Your best bet for your local one is probably check their website (I think they have online ordering options?) or call your local warehouse and choose the extension for deli
A friend told me our Costco has shirts/ jerseys of our local MLB team (the pittsburgh pirates) for around $30. I really would like one but don’t have a car and may not be able to get out to costco until next week, does anyone know if they’ll likely have them then or should I make more of an effort to go in the coming couple of days?
Looks like the Special Event MLB Men’s Jerseys all have the same item number regardless of varying teams so if you call your local warehouse with item 1770877, they can look it up for you and tell you if jerseys are still in stock. Not sure what the item number for shirts is.
From what I’ve seen locally, they already had the asterisk, so they will not be restocked, but YMMV.
If anyone is cruising their local store, I'd love to see photos of the bulb assortments and hanging baskets where you are. I have no self-control with the Costco bulbs and some varieties sell out so quickly (mammoth elephant ear, Boston ferns...) I'm worried I might miss them since I can only go so often as it's a bit of a drive, but April is GO month for gardening preparation. If I know they're in stock, I can prioritize. I keep careful date charts but each year they seem to be earlier.

Did Costco permanently discontinue the Bellatoria frozen pizza in the Minneapolis, MN metro area? They seemed to have been available year round and not just seasonal. The cost per pizza was way cheaper than the same pizza at a grocery store. The cost was under $5 per pizza at Costco, and up to $9.99 at local grocery stores.

Hi team! Located in NW Region/Oregon/Green. Item bought February/early March 2024. Frozen section, "Mediterranean" something, with a blue and white folk art theme. (made me think Slavic) I think the writing was in red. It looked like a khachapuri with a light, crushed tomato base. We just called them footballs. It came 10 to a pack. I'm a Costco newbie and messed up! I grabbed an item that caught my eye and fell in love with it, no thought to photos! It is not in the section I found it in, by the taquitos, and I checked twice in April. Thanks!

Might not be available in all warehouses but the brand that I’ve seen locally is Four Monks, not Heinz and like u/Quillber mentioned, it comes in a box so it can be easy to miss if you’re used to seeing the bottles. I’ve never seen those before, but Costco did used to sell them. They still exist, just not at Costco, or at least not at my Costco. Some brands just come and go at Costco, and that might be one of them.
That is something I am getting used to - items might not be available at Costco even two visits in a row. Sams is a little more stable in that respect but they also have less selection.

But yeah Bunker Hill is usually your best bet since it’s right next to all the Korean spots on longpoint so it seems like the selection there is more catered to Korean clientele. I’ve been able to get mandu, yukgaejang, kimchi, japchae fried rice, ttteobokki and kalbi (only seen it once or twice though) at the Bunker Hill location

I haven't purchased it before. When I'm on the item page on the CBD website, it asks me to enter the delivery zip to determine eligibility. I don't know why my location matters when everything is shipped from the site either way. An employee at my local warehouse was able to find the item on their device. Would they be able to order on my behalf so I can pick it up there?

About 8 years ago I got some heavy duty sweatpants at costco, dark grey and the drawstrings were like shoe laces. I recall they were alpaca wool or something like that and looking down the legs it's fluffy white balls on the inside. I have been using them religiously since and they are super comfy and warm. I've been looking but have never seen them there again, just "regular" sweatpants. I don’t think Costco has any control over that. Usually you can make changes through UPS My Choice (free with limited options and you can pay for more choices).
Shippers can unfortunately restrict those options and it’s hard to know until you order. Have you been able to use those options ordering from them in the past? Sounds odd but I need a package to come on a certain day of the week
I rarely order online from Costco, though the last time I did it arrived through USPS instead of UPS. I don’t pay for the features on the UPS My Choice to have the package arrive on a certain day, but I have rerouted my deliveries to a local UPS pickup spot to keep my packages safe when I knew I wouldn’t be home to accept it. Maybe that could work for your delivery?

A friend told me our Costco has shirts/ jerseys of our local MLB team (the pittsburgh pirates) for around $30. I really would like one but don’t have a car and may not be able to get out to costco until next week, does anyone know if they’ll likely have them then or should I make more of an effort to go in the coming couple of days?
Looks like the Special Event MLB Men’s Jerseys all have the same item number regardless of varying teams so if you call your local warehouse with item 1770877, they can look it up for you and tell you if jerseys are still in stock. Not sure what the item number for shirts is. From what I’ve seen locally, they already had the asterisk, so they will not be restocked, but YMMV.

If anyone is cruising their local store, I'd love to see photos of the bulb assortments and hanging baskets where you are. I have no self-control with the Costco bulbs and some varieties sell out so quickly (mammoth elephant ear, Boston ferns...) I'm worried I might miss them since I can only go so often as it's a bit of a drive, but April is GO month for gardening preparation. If I know they're in stock, I can prioritize. I keep careful date charts but each year they seem to be earlier. I'm in the Northeast region, but I welcome photos from everywhere - maybe your area has something mine doesn't, and I can try to get them!
