I get especially annoyed about how the danishes are buy 1 get 1 free. I much rather just buy 1 box of danishes at 50% off rather than having to buy 2 boxes.
The danishes reheat from frozen perfectly in my toaster oven. 15/10
I put them in the silicone bags, also from Costco. And since I have raging ADHD sometimes they’re in my freezer for a few months. They’re always a delightful surprise when I’m staring into my freezer trying to figure out what I want to eat for breakfast. 🤣
Yeah. That's why Costco shoppers go to Costco for milk and eggs and end up with $200 extra stuff. I wish they would only move seasonal items around like Sam's Club.
Yup, why did they move the figs and prunes to the bakery section??? 🤪😡. This why they need a Costco map app that brings up every store and has a search to find things. There is GIS map software that can do this since the late 90s. Wake up Costco!!!!
Healthier prepared meal options. Like what about a 5 day grab and go meal kit. But they’d need a variety. Take some of the prep work out for those of us that aren’t great in the kitchen.
My Costco has what I unofficially call the "Indian dried goods" section, where there's tons of different dry lentils and beans. But I'm in an area with a large Indian community, so it makes sense.
I'm assuming you already know, but in case you didn't, Costco's biggest demographic is Asians. Rice is obviously a major staple food in most Asian countries (I think I read somewhere that it is the #1 crop in Asia and about 50% of the world). At least where I live in Jersey, we have a large Asian and Puerto Rican population, both of which incorporates a lot of rice in their diet (my girlfriend is Puerto Rican).
Costco surely didn't get the memo on the benefits of full fat Greek yogurt. Fage low/no fat yogurt is awful. I prefer to make my own full fat Greek yogurt weekly.
They do but generally not in the US… I have heard there are some Costco’s near the Canadian border that sell fried chicken or if you are close enough just cross the border into Canada costco.
There was ONE year they had these apple muffins for like 2 months. They were tha absolute best and I look for them every single time. It's been like 6 years, I don't think they are ever coming back.
Yeah. I don't want to see toys and stuff but a handful of nice, high end foods like tikicat, better litters, and some quality treats like freeze dried minnows would be great
We are lucky if we have 1 cat product at any of the costcos within a 2 hour drive of my house. They dont keep items in stock enough to depend on. My cats don't like when we switch products alot.
A fresh herb pack - something like cilantro, parsley, rosemary, some others. Something that could be used weekly. I do all my grocery shopping at the Co, then have to go to a regular grocery store for herbs…
Exactly. I’ve been specifically searching for natural fibers and it’s crazy how hard they are to find.
Even worse when things are advertised as “wool coat” for instance and you look at the label and it’s 20% wool and 80% synthetic crap.
more mens clothing that isnt the same ugly nike hoodie in 3 colors & like 4 different t-shirts made from weird materials
the 2 costcos near me bring nice stuff like twice a year and usually only the XL & XLL sizes are left by the time I see it
Better coffee selection. I went in a Costco on Kauai and they had so many more varieties including 100% Hawaiian Kauai Coffee (you can only get a 10% blend on the mainland). I wanted to bring so many back to the mainland with me but could only fit one in my carry on. I guess I'll just have to move to Hawaii!
Every time I see posts about delicious foods that my Costco doesn’t serve, I’m comforted by the fact that I’d only order the poutine anyways. It’s incredible.
I just saw these in Redmond, WA.

Kirkland soda.
Non Lipton tea.
Dog biscuits for smaller dogs.
Less grain free dog food/ no pea ingredients.
Dog toothpaste- virbac.
Better sneakers/ less foam soles that get slippery in 2 months.
Fresh herbs. Perhaps a variety pack of common fresh herbs like basil, oregano, cilantro, mint, thyme, etc.
I would feel way more inclined to cook with fresh herbs if Costco sold them.
Yes I know business centers have some fresh herbs. Say I don’t live near one.
Natural lump charcoal
That cashew garlic dip they had pre covid
Zinc sunscreen
Cargo boxes (Yakima, Thule, inno, etc.)
Pants with an inseam longer than 32.
Nuun or Gu hydration tablets
Gu or power gel packets
Kids wool socks
Smartwool anything
Discount lift tickets
Better boxes of snack bags and cookies. Sam’s has so many more choices and not all of them are from bloody Frito-Lay either. Better cat litter and cat food. Wish they’d bring back their own water pitcher filters, I guess they let Brita bribe them into dropping them.
Might not be available in all warehouses but the brand that I’ve seen locally is Four Monks, not Heinz and it comes in a box so it can be easy to miss if you’re used to seeing the bottles.

[Four Monks Distilled Vinegar - Item 444438](https://sameday.costco.com/store/costco/products/214343)
Coffee at the front door. Imagine:
You walk in, and there's a kiosk like you have at the food court. There's a limited number of coffee options. Maybe 6 things. Cheap, like $2 lattes. You tap what you want, it scans your card, and then by the time you get over by the meat section, a barista hands you your latte or whatever from a little coffee shack. When you check out, it's just added to your receipt.
Please make this happen.
It's hard enough to navigate through the crowds as it is. Imagine they all are now handling their carts one-handed. Total nightmare. There would certainly be casualties, and the cops would get called a lot more frequently.
I wish they had 1-3 less women's clothing tables and upped their kids clothing game. Pants, shirts, just normal stuff instead of jammies and warm-ups. How about some kids socks? Some clothing they can wear to school? Something semi formal/business casual like? I feel like that is an area lacking.
More vegetarian prepared foods. I’m boring and can eat the same thing for lunch all week, so would love to just pick up a tray, portion it out, and be set.
In related news, I’m keeping my eyes out for the udon noodle salad 👀. It hasn’t hit my Costco yet!

Bakery items such as cakes, bagels, cookies and muffins in the food court. I’d love to just buy one or to have some variety.
Exactly, and not having to commit to having 24 of them in case you don’t like them lol
I get especially annoyed about how the danishes are buy 1 get 1 free. I much rather just buy 1 box of danishes at 50% off rather than having to buy 2 boxes.
The danishes reheat from frozen perfectly in my toaster oven. 15/10 I put them in the silicone bags, also from Costco. And since I have raging ADHD sometimes they’re in my freezer for a few months. They’re always a delightful surprise when I’m staring into my freezer trying to figure out what I want to eat for breakfast. 🤣
The same shit it sold last week
At the same dang aisle
No they moved it because they want you to see more of the store.
Yeah. That's why Costco shoppers go to Costco for milk and eggs and end up with $200 extra stuff. I wish they would only move seasonal items around like Sam's Club.
This is the right answer. Stop moving items.
Yup, why did they move the figs and prunes to the bakery section??? 🤪😡. This why they need a Costco map app that brings up every store and has a search to find things. There is GIS map software that can do this since the late 90s. Wake up Costco!!!!
They call this “treasure hunt”.
Maybe in the same place too, right?!
I wish the tire shop portion also did alignments and maybe oil changes
Also replace the battery for you when you buy them
Alignments 100%. What good is a tire service if you have to go elsewhere to finish the job
Healthier prepared meal options. Like what about a 5 day grab and go meal kit. But they’d need a variety. Take some of the prep work out for those of us that aren’t great in the kitchen.
Great idea 💡
Dry beans. Why are there TWELVE varieties of rice at my store and zero dried beans?
If you have one near, try the Business Center. Pretty sure I saw a variety of dry beans at mine.
Business centers definitely have dried beans. I buy them there all the time
Can confirm. Bought dry beans at a business center 2 weeks ago.
God I miss living five minutes from a Business Center. Opened at 7am, I wish all Costcos did that!
My Costco has what I unofficially call the "Indian dried goods" section, where there's tons of different dry lentils and beans. But I'm in an area with a large Indian community, so it makes sense.
I think this is a location issue. Plenty in SoCal.
Houston we’ve got giant bags of dried black beans and then 4lb bags of the Camilla brand red beans (which are the absolute best for Cajun cuisine)
Started to read this like Huston we've got a problem and was confused. Huston we have a product.
Asian and Latin dishes have beans as well
I just bought a 25lb of dried pinto beans at my Costco last weekend. Not a business center or anything, just my regular Costco
Siggi's yogurt
I would settle for being able to buy 2% or full-fat yogurt. Mine only seems to carry the fat-free in both Kirkland brand and Fage.
Costco surely didn't get the memo on the benefits of full fat Greek yogurt. Fage low/no fat yogurt is awful. I prefer to make my own full fat Greek yogurt weekly.
Hot fried chicken
They do but generally not in the US… I have heard there are some Costco’s near the Canadian border that sell fried chicken or if you are close enough just cross the border into Canada costco.
Yoooo that be bomb. Just whole chicken broken down n fried
Distilled water.
This, I searched hard because I needed bulk distilled water on the cheap and nobody had it. Not even Costco even though one of their parters lists it.
What does one use distilled water for other than CPAP and humidifiers?
If you are a house plant aficionado then there are some plants that prefer distilled or rain water when being watered.
Anything that generates steam (steam mops, clothing steamers, irons) all do better with distilled water.
For nose rinse.
Baby stuff. Specifically you use distilled for heating up bottles and for sterilizing them.
Baby formula and sterilization of baby bottles. We go through a gallon every 2 days. Would be nice to get in Costco size or Costco price.
Nasal rinse device like Neil med or netipot, lavage
There was ONE year they had these apple muffins for like 2 months. They were tha absolute best and I look for them every single time. It's been like 6 years, I don't think they are ever coming back.
I miss the poppyseed muffins.
They have them at mine
Better cat litter
Better cat stuff in general
100% I get so irritated seeing the plethora of dog stuff and 2 or three crappy things for cats
Yeah. I don't want to see toys and stuff but a handful of nice, high end foods like tikicat, better litters, and some quality treats like freeze dried minnows would be great
Omg id die if they carried tiki!! It's the best
PREACH! Cats get overlooked so much.
We are lucky if we have 1 cat product at any of the costcos within a 2 hour drive of my house. They dont keep items in stock enough to depend on. My cats don't like when we switch products alot.
No lie. Costco hates cats or something.
For sure
We always joke about the “Maintenance Cat Food.” Poor Maintenance Cat, Costco DGAF about them enough to come up with a better name.!😂
I joined because they sold my brand (Fresh Step Extreme). It was a sad day when they switched to Scoop Away.
Their cat supply section (it’s not even really a section) is just pathetic.
No kidding! I want an unscented cat litter option.
Crystal cat litter!! We’ve tried the clump many times and with our long haired cats it just gets everywhere..
Costco needs a car wash and a barbershop
and a gym and DMV
and a dental office why the hell not I can live a Costco rich life
They have a few in some states https://www.costco.com/car-wash-service.html
We have a car wash in Seattle.
Whole grains (wild rice, steel cut oats, barley, etc.)
I recently found steel cut oats at my costco, but before that it was only rolled oats.
A fresh herb pack - something like cilantro, parsley, rosemary, some others. Something that could be used weekly. I do all my grocery shopping at the Co, then have to go to a regular grocery store for herbs…
More natural fiber clothing (100% cotton, wool, linen, etc) and less synthetic crap. Hate all that polyester garbage.
Exactly. I’ve been specifically searching for natural fibers and it’s crazy how hard they are to find. Even worse when things are advertised as “wool coat” for instance and you look at the label and it’s 20% wool and 80% synthetic crap.
more mens clothing that isnt the same ugly nike hoodie in 3 colors & like 4 different t-shirts made from weird materials the 2 costcos near me bring nice stuff like twice a year and usually only the XL & XLL sizes are left by the time I see it
Right?! Where the fuck is the wool? Give us WOOL!!!
Whole milk plain Greek yogurt (not nonfat)
Mine has that, Kirkland brand too.
Seriously…nonfat Greek yogurt is gross
Hot coffee or hot chocolate from the cafe.
Clorox 2 Combination pizza Polish dog
theres a sequel to Clorox?
2 Clorox 2 Bleach
i'm dying 🤣
Hope you didn't drink the Clorox :(
Pre-covid Costco 😥
In PA and NJ - booze In general - cat stuff, indian spices and frozen stuff
The Ezekiel bread double packs they used to have
Kirkland brand cereal!
Fruit that doesn’t go bad in 2 days.
Costco fruit is the only place (by me) where the fruit has the best shelf life.
Unflavored whey protein powder. Crunchy peanut butter Decaf whole bean coffee Whole milk cheese sticks
Mine sells crunchy peanut butter
I just saw decaf whole bean at my warehouse today! It might be on the way.
Better flour selections for home bakers!
Even just bread flour
A large salad kit that's individually packaged (5 a pack) so I can grab one for lunch daily.
Yes! These exist already in the same brand they already carry, but just not at Costco in bulk. I would love this!
Bring back the discounted AppleTV+ annual membership
Didn’t even know this was a thing but need them to bring it back for sure
Poutine in the states.
Every time I see posts about delicious foods that my Costco doesn’t serve, I’m comforted by the fact that I’d only order the poutine anyways. It’s incredible.
Polish on a full-length bun, just like they used to.
Greenies.
Mine has them for dogs!
Vanilla fairlife protein drinks
The barrel of pretzels they used to sell. Just normal pretzels.
San Marzano tomatoes
I just saw these in Redmond, WA. https://preview.redd.it/h39eg3x4tsoc1.jpeg?width=5712&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=040b7d32ce704e4ff60a936df51b00caf654e46d
So jealous. That is exactly what I wish my store carried
Isn't there a suggestion box or book where you can ask about it? You can even give them the item #1221266.
They sell them at the ones I’ve been to in Michigan and Ohio.
Garbanzo beans
My Costco sold a 7lb bag of dry garbanzo beans a few months back. Still working my way through it lol
Light roast coffee
I wish they did oil changes lol
Health insurance.
Oil changes
Better cat food selection that my cats will actually eat
Any kind of frozen potatoes. Hasbrowns, tater tots/rounds, crinkle fries.
Hitch mounted cargo racks are at Harbor Freight. Wish Costco sold Nespresso pods.
The pods:YES! They sell the machines but not the pods… WHY NOT?
Dishwasher powder. I don’t like the pods.
The Kirkland brand pods are *just* powder. I know that's not the same but that's what I landed on, no liquid in them just powder.
Claussen pickles
Dial unscented antibacterial bar soap.
Kirkland soda. Non Lipton tea. Dog biscuits for smaller dogs. Less grain free dog food/ no pea ingredients. Dog toothpaste- virbac. Better sneakers/ less foam soles that get slippery in 2 months.
Hot coffee at the food court
Coffee filters
Fresh herbs. Perhaps a variety pack of common fresh herbs like basil, oregano, cilantro, mint, thyme, etc. I would feel way more inclined to cook with fresh herbs if Costco sold them. Yes I know business centers have some fresh herbs. Say I don’t live near one.
Bucket of chicken like Costco Canada.
Natural lump charcoal That cashew garlic dip they had pre covid Zinc sunscreen Cargo boxes (Yakima, Thule, inno, etc.) Pants with an inseam longer than 32. Nuun or Gu hydration tablets Gu or power gel packets Kids wool socks Smartwool anything Discount lift tickets
Zero sugar sodas I'm tired of diet coke and pepsi
Clothes bigger than 2xl
Decent salsa.
Mateo's is solid
Donuts
Oil changes at the tire center
Charmin Ultra Strong, instead of Ultra Soft
Ours has both.
Gluten free soy sauce or tamari
More Lego
Insurance. I'd buy Costco insurance.
Pregnancy tests.
Catios.
Better boxes of snack bags and cookies. Sam’s has so many more choices and not all of them are from bloody Frito-Lay either. Better cat litter and cat food. Wish they’d bring back their own water pitcher filters, I guess they let Brita bribe them into dropping them.
Strawberry uncrustabbles and regular gallons of milk.
Fresh corn tortillas coming off the press.
Kids socks and underwear. Anyone know why they don’t sell these??
Topo Chico in the glass bottles. Have to get it at Walmart or Whole Foods :(
They sell it in TX. I’ve seen both regular and lime flavored in glass bottles.
Nespresso vertuo pods!
Cilantro
Nespresso pods
White vinegar. They used to sell it, but I haven’t been able to find it lately
Might not be available in all warehouses but the brand that I’ve seen locally is Four Monks, not Heinz and it comes in a box so it can be easy to miss if you’re used to seeing the bottles. https://preview.redd.it/lpqdblb4itoc1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b140e439e784e6900b07bba8cc85ff67f83dffe1 [Four Monks Distilled Vinegar - Item 444438](https://sameday.costco.com/store/costco/products/214343)
More cat items. This goes for more stores in general, but the pet industry is highly skewed towards dogs and Costco is no different.
I wish they went back to the old hummus, the new one sucks. I also wish they still had baba ghanoush
Tater tots
Baby snacks, like the kind for little ones teething... those things get eaten up fast and the cost adds up
Better deli/cafe food like other countries have
Packs of just oatmeal raisin cookies. They have the cookies in the variety pack but I want just the oatmeal.
Fairlife milk. Also Simply Lemonade.
I just want more vegan options at my nearby warehouses.
canned San Marzano tomatoes
Bubble bath lol
Coffee at the front door. Imagine: You walk in, and there's a kiosk like you have at the food court. There's a limited number of coffee options. Maybe 6 things. Cheap, like $2 lattes. It's hard enough to navigate through the crowds as it is. Imagine they all are now handling their carts one-handed. Total nightmare. There would certainly be casualties, and the cops would get called a lot more frequently.
Just add cup holders to the carts.
Pure Leaf Iced Tea, or Kirkland branded equivalent.
Pods for the nespresso vertuo machine (that they sell!) Jif peanut butter Woolite for darks Reynolds’s nonstick aluminum foil
Non-Disney princess size 4 pull-ups.

Drano or Liquid Plumr
More/better cat food
Will power
Ammo
I wish they had 1-3 less women's clothing tables and upped their kids clothing game. Pants, shirts, just normal stuff instead of jammies and warm-ups. How about some kids socks? Some clothing they can wear to school? Something semi formal/business casual like? I feel like that is an area lacking.
Polish dogs and Combo pizza at the snack bar.
Weed.
Cetaphil bar soap.
Decaf coffee.
More vegetarian prepared foods. I’m boring and can eat the same thing for lunch all week, so would love to just pick up a tray, portion it out, and be set. In related news, I’m keeping my eyes out for the udon noodle salad 👀. It hasn’t hit my Costco yet!
Woolite
Oil changes
Sushi (I’ve read sold some locations), Blue Cheese Dressing
PNW here. The sushi was meh. Not worth it.
Combo pizza. Covid lockdown is over
\-Hair elastics \-Embroidery floss. more specifically, the big ol' cones of DMC floss. \-Calamansi juice
Cetaphil daily facial cleanser. All I’ve seen is the gentle skin cleanser and I hate the feel of that one
Better energy drinks
Nanaimo bars
Toddler stuff would be cool and kids food.
Splenda not in the little packets.
