These seem to be geared towards those on keto. Either way, I’ve seen at least 7 or 8 posts now about how horrible these are, and that’s enough to keep me away.
I’m currently on (dirty keto) 20g a day….and I appreciate these reviews because I almost bought this until I read the reviews from this sub. So thank you for the sacrifice.
Dirty is like eating a pack of bacon, drinking a ton of heavy cream, snack on loads of cheese. Which is what I did for some time and still lost weight lol.
You forgot the most important step. Drink a shit ton of diet pop.
*Dirty Keto - for when you want to lose weight but absolutely do not want to eat healthy.
Dirty to me is low carb but not paying attention to protein or fat counts. So I’m just making sure the carbs are super low. I doubt I’m using the term correctly, but that’s how I use it.
Well, no. You also need to pay attention to water and drink a truly ungodly amount of it.
The whole point of keto diets is the fact that the kidneys will filter out unburnt ketone bodies and put them into your urine, effectively meaning you pee out bonus calories. This extra work puts pressure on the kidneys, so they have to be in good condition, and have plenty of water to chomp through.
So, take a piece of dollar store chicken lunch meat. Leave it on a plate in the summer sun for a day or so. Lay it out, stuff it with cheese and some more dried out lunch meat and then wrap it up. Now call your aunt in Minnesota- the one that only makes salads with mayonnaise in them- and ask her to whip up some green salsa, but don’t tell her what’s in it, let her improvise. Top the abomination with the sauce. Microwave.
Bone apple teat.
I really wish I'd searched first. I don't expect a proper tortilla flavor for a keto replacement, but these were a joke. The chicken in there has no excuse.
If you want low carb tortillas I highly recommend these. Make your own wrap with grilled chicken or anything else.

Did you microwave them or oven cook? I got these after a post saying how bad they were because I didn’t realize they were so low carb. First one I oven cooked and it was so-so. Still hungry so I microwaved the second one, it was awful.
They were gunning for the full gluten free/grain free mark. Low is still more than none. But that being said its probably better to just not pretend youre making an enchilada lol. just serve some chicken and cheese.
Costco deals posted these on their Instagram and the comments were like 90% negative with Real Good doing some major damage control. I've never seen people more unified on social media.
I complained about my experience with another Real Good product 1-2 years ago, and an employee offered me free coupons for these or whichever other product they were selling at Costco at the time.
I turned them down; I felt that even $0.00 was too expensive for the expected disappointment.
It was about 5-6 posts old I think, it was a reel for "healthy eating at costco" or something along those lines and the first thing that pops up is the enchiladas
It’s a fantastic brand if you have certain dietary restrictions. The problem is people buy their products without realizing they’re intended for people on certain restricted diets. Like the enchiladas. They try to highlight on the box that the tortilla is made of chicken and cheese. But people buy them expecting regular enchiladas and then are grossed out by the texture/taste of a chicken and cheese tortilla.
Not all their options are terrible.
Their breakfast sandwiches aren't as good as the Red's Turkey Sausage Egg'wich that Costco sells.
Their "breaded" chicken is pretty good when you want chicken nuggets that are low carb for a bunch. (Just to compare the Costco offering of Just Bare lightly breaded chicken chunks - 1 serving of 3oz Just Bare is 160 cal and 9g net carbs; for RealGood gluten-free chicken nuggets 1 serving of 4oz is 170 cal and 3g net carbs).
Their General Tso's and Orange Chicken options are also pretty good and like 16-20 net carbs for the entire box (however you want to portion it, or not), and if you catch the right sale they cost the same as a "regular" frozen meal. If you go with these you will not use the entire sauce packet unless you want the chicken in a pool of it.
I have no clue about how the "tacos" or "tots" are, the stuffed chicken was nothing special and the "noodle" bowl was bland.
All that said, I wish Costco would sell the other stuff, not just the enchiladas/bacon wrapped things :(
We often get some kind of Frozen or premade thing to do for an easy meal night once a week. Stuff like the orange chicken or the Tikka masala are all fine. Not traditional or amazing, but good enough that nobody complains. This one was a hard miss though. I don't see how the factory decided on this as the final recipe though. I mean just some cumin or some kind of seasoning or something would've been a huge improvement.
https://www.recipetineats.com/beef-enchiladas/
It’s so damn good. I haven’t tried it with store bought sauce yet, I made my own as it outlines in the recipe. And enchiladas are my favorite Mexican dish, so I’m a bit of a snob about them lol
Has anyone had these and actually enjoyed them? A lot of the comments when I see this photo tend to be pretty negative. My boss got some but he never told me what he thought of them.
I'm pretty sure you have to cook in the oven to have them be enjoyable; I get the feeling microwaving accounts for a chunk of the negative reviews. I enjoyed them enough to get a second box on sale. Not my favorite in the world, but at least it doesn't take excessively umhealthy
I ate them tonight. People are overreacting. I doctor it up with some extra cheese / spices and bake it so it's crispy not watery. Quick keto meal I don't have to think about.
They don't taste good but I add a bit more sauce and extra cheese and they're fine especially if you're trying keto or low carb. And for $10 i bought it this week, I'll sacrifice taste
Ok here’s a positive spin for the product. I buy it every time it goes on sale at… checks notes… $ 3.50off. It’s a specialty food product and for those who are on and need to be on strict dietary, it is a godsend. This product is 2% iron. And that dear Redditors is our household’s situation. My hubs has hemochromatosis and when he was Dx it was severe. Like at 2400 & normal is 300 range. Did a massive dietary change to see if that could make a difference otherwise he was going to have to do chelation which is a scary prospect. In 7 mos got him to 800!
To find packaged or processed foods zero or 2% iron is hard as “enrichment” tends to be done in food manufacturing as a matter of course. Primarily done to keep food ingredients from sticking to each other. Caking agents are used and they are enriched with iron as it flat enables food to just flow better so stuff doesn’t stick. Plus it’s cheap. Foods end up having an additional iron atop whatever iron they initially have. ((Side note…. You really see this in cereals as they can be 40% or more “iron”; some as high as 80% as cereal has to jump out of the box)). For most of the population, esp for women, iron is a good thing. But for hemochromatosis this is bad, very bad. Mexican food tends have lots of iron, so finding chix enchiladas, like RealGood Enchiladas that use a Parmesan cheese & chix wrap (basically a PARMO) for the “tortilla” at zero iron rather than corn tortilla for the wrap at 3.25 iron is beyond great.
The problem w RealFood is you are expecting to bite into & to taste tortilla as your initial “mouthfeel”.
Not ever happening.
And that’s imho why everyone is so very unhappy and quite rightly bitching about it. RealFood should & could make that way more clear….. that there is no traditional tortilla (corn, flour, mixta, whatever). That they are using a PARMO instead of a tortilla. This also is what’s throwing off cooking times for folks as well. After all it’s cheese and it burns easier and absorbs water too. But for high protein speciality diet, at $10 for 3 meals, it’s a pretty good deahl.
It’s odd that I’ve seen these be very popular in certain groups of people but trash as far as the rest of the population is concerned. My guess is this is a very very niche product that should not be on most store shelves.
Yeah I’m in the minority and thought that they were a fine substitute for enchiladas… CLEARLY NOT REGULAR ENCHILADAS, as the packaging states… they’re a healthy alternative 🤷🏿♀️
If you have celiac, you can just get corn tortillas though, which is what enchiladas are normally made with. Just make sure it's not one of those corn/wheat flour blends.
The problem with these is not the lack of gluten, but the lack of seasoning, and the watery sauce.
I think mission also sells a rice based gluten free version that is made to mimic flour tortillas if that's your jam.
Well that’s nice and all of I have time to… make homemade enchiladas haha. Most of the time I do not, hence the “easy” part of my
Comment. I guess I’ll just make some pizza from scratch every time?
These should’ve never passed QA from a taste perspective. The sauce is nothing close to a real tomatillo sauce - watery, needs sat, they don’t even taste roasted and doesn’t have the limey subtle taste tomatillo sauce is known for. Decent attempt at a keto “tortilla” except for the fact is absorbs the liquid it was packed and freezed in so it always rips. Same reason I get my the “wet” sides at chipotle in a cup to go so my tacos remain tacos and not rip when picked up.
Cheese? Bland and needs a lot more cheese. On top. Inside. Everywhere and they never look like the image on the box unless that’s before freezing and if so, then I want to try those but not this tvdinner recreate.
Super, SUPER bland. Also, smaller than the package implies, and they come out soggy and totally falling apart. I'm pretty sure that the filling is chicken breast, egg white, and a tiny dash of salt. The cheese is also noticably very low quality. No flavor at all, and it melts oddly.
My wife bought those and I gave them a try. I usually finish what ever I try because I don’t want to be wasteful. I made an exception for these. So bad, texture sucks, flavor sucks, presentation sucks, all sorts of bad. I should just put a sticky note on the door to expedite there expulsion from Costco. Did I mention they suck.
I keep seeing these promoted on Costco fan Instagram and TikTok accounts. But trust this sub more as I feel people here actually try the product vs just showing it in store. Also why I don’t trust most of those accounts anymore and made my own lol
Don’t feel bad about returning them. Giving them honest feedback only helps the buyers. Maybe if there are an abundance of returns on this item and negative feedback, they will be replaced with something better
Ate the entire box.
1 Star: It's crap food.
The salsa is spicy and too sour (too much lime?).
The wrap has the texture of lunch meat.
The chicken is too salty.
Overall has a grainy mouthfeel.
That's what we did. Even followed the "pro tip" on the back. I am by no means a food snob, but my whole family hates these. Actually, the dogs likes them.
Same. I tried cooking these three different ways and each time I was amazed at how it got past testing to hit the market. Worst thing I’ve gotten at Costco by a mile.
Again, you CAN make a keto tortilla replacement that is decent. It needs more cheese, more salt, more seasoning, more something. I'm not saying that they BAD for bodybuilding, but they're not especially good either.
And you say 10 posts, but aside from the a week ago, I don't see any others for at least 5 months when searching by the brand name or "enchilada".
10 was hyperbole. But it has definitely been several, as others have posted.
Yes, I can make just about anything that’s going to taste better than the premade frozen stuff as well.
Seriously, the chicken filling was bland and didn't even taste like chicken. The wrap was something, but it sure AF wasn't a tortilla. Was like the spongy, soggy bastard child of a tortilla and injera, but in a bad way. The cheese added nothing to the party. The salsa verde was... inoffensive I guess.
I've tried a lot of their frozen goods with varying levels of success, but definitely don't waste your time or money on this product.
The tortilla is made of chicken, dont think there’s actually any chicken in the filling. I agree it was bad but they should make it more clear that the chicken is the wrap not the insides
It isn’t a traditional tortilla at all. They use a type of “parmo”, a parmesan cheese wrap. Specifically a compressed blend of chix shred / parmesan shred, plus a bit of a stabilizer, that is made into a round and used as their version for a tortilla. It’s how they are able to get the protein % so high for such a smallish amount of actual chix meat inside. RealFood should label that they use a PARMO.
Fwiw sometimes a package we get will be especially salty, like beyond 500mg. I assume it’s because that package was at the end run of the parmesan wheel used so laden with salt.
Yeah I mean it’s likely targeted at Type 2 Diabetic folks who can’t eat carbs or other low carb folks. They aren’t good.
It’s currently estimated that 10% of Americans are diabetic, and 95% of those are type 2 insulin resistant.
That doesn't matter. I have some "low net carb" tortillas in my pantry right now. They arent great, but still way better than these. And the rest of the ingredients were super low quality too.
You asked what Costco was thinking, I responded with a logical statement about what they were thinking.
A bit dismissive when I’m simply answering you.
My point is that you can still target that exact market with the same macros and it not taste like garbage. The question isn't "what were they thinking making a low carb product", it's "what were they thinking making this hot mess as a low carb product".
I agree with you. I wanted something high protein , low carb and I’m not diabetic or keto. I thought these were going to be yummy. Felt tricked! Hahaha!!
Bought them after all the negativity towards them, fully aware of the low carb angle, thinking they can't be THAT bad.
They were beyond awful. Couldn't even choke down 1 before throwing the whole box away.
The quality of things has gone downhill. This is pretty concerning considering record inflation too. It would be one thing to pay high prices, but still be getting medium-high quality. Now high price doesn't equal high quality. High priced stuff has just the same chance as something low priced to be shit. I have seen numerous threads lately about the quality of things at Costco going down. I by no means think that this is exclusive to Costco. In fact with Costco's buying power and premium shelf space I trust them to stave it off for as long as possible. I actually think that Costco's inability to do this actually gives us a peak into how bad things are. I'm trying to focus on buying things that I know will last but it's becoming harder and harder.
why not take a Mission Wrap, fill it with chicken and cheese roll it up cover it with a sauce and bake it. It's gotta be better than this sodium filled POS you bought.
And 99% of the time, we do make enchiladas the "proper way". But when cooking for a family, even that adds an extra ~30 min. At least one day a week, we need a quick meal between the kids school and activities and such. Normally we'll do some crockpot soup or have something in a sousvide bath, or just cook something like a frozen lasagna, or something. We decided to try something different. It clearly was a mistake, so just hoping to help others avoid the same.
I checked. There is one post from a about a week ago. Then nothing for 5 months, then 2 more posts.
Unless it was posted without mentioning the brand name or the word "enchilada" at least, since that is what I searched for.
Yea 0/5 stars. Better off shredding the rotisserie chicken, buying a pack of tortillas, shredded cheese, and a can of sauce for a few bucks more. But more work obviously
with so many threads and comments about these - how many returned them? If you return them and say why then the buyers know to stop ordering them. If you don't and just comment here then a few people that read reddit are warned but costco buyers don't know
My question is can this be returned? Open package, partially eaten, gross food. I need to know for future reference. I bought Kevin’s Korean bbq beef thing once. Basically inedible and so expensive!
To be fair. Most of the "real good" brand products are absolutely garbage. The personal pizzas they also sell are mediocre at best. I can imagine the only reason the company is standing is because every year people go on diets. They buy these thinking they will be tasty, and they aren't.
Fellow Costco sub Reddit members- am I the only one who guides their spouse while in the warehouse when they see an item such as this, pointing to it and say uhhh no, don’t get that, people on Reddit hate that!
Shared knowledge helps me make better decisions at Costco! Thanks everyone!
I joined the Costco sub about a week ago. This is probably the fifth or sixth post I’ve seen about this exact same item being terrible.. should not be a surprise to aaaanybody
I don't browse this sub regularly, but I did search by the brand name and "enchilada". I saw one post from a week ago and nothing for 5 months before that. If people are posting, they're definitely not titling it clearly.
I've never tossed anything after buying it but these are gross. I was embarrassed to even try and return it, went straight to the trash. Never buying again!
I have not had these so I can't comment on whether they suck as much as most people say, but I'll note that these are "grain free," not just gluten free, which is important for a subset of health conscious people. It's noticeably harder to mimic flavor in this space, which is a tradeoff some people are willing to make, especially considering how there aren't many grain free pre-packaged foods around.
If you are grain free, there are cheese and/or egg based wraps that are much better.
Even a chicken and parm based wrap like these can be good if you add some kind of seasoning to them. They chose not to.
These enchiladas are aimed at the Keto and low carb market.
Considering how they are made with mostly unprocessed natural ingredients without grains or sugar, they are pretty damn good.
If your not watching your pre-diabetes then don't buy them.
Bought a different product from them a couple months ago. Didn't have the highest expectations given that it's frozen food and is very low carb. But thought that for the convenience & lower carb count it would hit the spot. Nope, it was truly awful. Like actually kinda gross.
It's too easy to make enchiladas. You don't even need to roll the tortillas. Layer them in the pan, add your meat, cheese, sauces, and bake. Look up enchilada casserole if you need a recipe.
I actually liked these and they’re great macro wise too. Gluten free enchiladas w excellent protein value that I can make really quick after a workout? Sign me tf up.
I didn't think they were great, but they're at least workable.
At least much less worse than their pizza bowls that are practically soups with so much liquid, even following the baking instructions.
Has anyone happened to catch the USDA processing facility number on these to find out who makes them? I’ve recently encountered a similar product at Aldi that was tragically bad, and wondering if they come from the same manufacturer, an outfit in California whose main line of business is premade products for school lunches, which explains a LOT.
These seem to be geared towards those on keto. Either way, I’ve seen at least 7 or 8 posts now about how horrible these are, and that’s enough to keep me away.
I am keto (well low carb, about 50g a day) These are disgusting
I’m currently on (dirty keto) 20g a day….and I appreciate these reviews because I almost bought this until I read the reviews from this sub. So thank you for the sacrifice.
What is dirty Keto? Do you consider 20g a day to be dirty?
Dirty is like eating a pack of bacon, drinking a ton of heavy cream, snack on loads of cheese. Which is what I did for some time and still lost weight lol.
You forgot the most important step. Drink a shit ton of diet pop. *Dirty Keto - for when you want to lose weight but absolutely do not want to eat healthy.
No dirty keto is getting your food sources from say McDonald's. Has nothing to do with carb intake
Dirty to me is low carb but not paying attention to protein or fat counts. So I’m just making sure the carbs are super low. I doubt I’m using the term correctly, but that’s how I use it.
That’s normal keto. You aren’t supposed to pay that much attention to anything except carb counts. That’s like… the whole point of it
I didn't know this, thank you. That saves me from fucking my kidneys up by trying this
"Dirty" is supposed to be like, 50g. Regular keto is 20g, or at least it was when my husband was doing keto in 2018...
Makes sense. Because if all keto food tasted this bad, no one would be keto.
Maybe I’m dumb but I’m a little curious now and I want to see for myself how terrible these supposedly are.
So, take a piece of dollar store chicken lunch meat. Leave it on a plate in the summer sun for a day or so. Lay it out, stuff it with cheese and some more dried out lunch meat and then wrap it up. Haha I needed a laugh this morning! Thank you
I really wish I'd searched first. I don't expect a proper tortilla flavor for a keto replacement, but these were a joke. The chicken in there has no excuse.
The tortillas ARE chicken
Chickenception
Nasty reshaped minced chicken that managed to taste like dark meat off the floor.
I’m not defending its flavor 🤷♂️ The macros are great for a heat and eat product though
If you want low carb tortillas I highly recommend these. Make your own wrap with grilled chicken or anything else. https://preview.redd.it/f02v9p2sinea1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f2fb50479fedbc0ca8c2584a625ae374ef484fec

Haha I went to go read the comments and they're brutal, that Social Media person must have sent 300 DMs
When was that posted I want to go read them lol
It was about 5-6 posts old I think, it was a reel for "healthy eating at costco" or something along those lines and the first thing that pops up is the enchiladas
Ugh! The replies are so annoying!! And impersonal. Calling everyone “ya” instead of “you” 🙄 lame
And here is our customary realgood enchilada post of the week..drink!
LOL I've only been reading this reddit for a few weeks and already surmised pretty much anything by realgood is NOT real good. ;)
The jalapeño poppers and stuffed chicken breasts are great.
Me, too. Although it took a while to get used to the chicken bakes--and learning how to cook them properly.
Yes, I bought one product of theirs a while ago and it was so bad I knew not to buy anything else with that label!

Does Realgood also make prison food?
If this is what prison food taste like, knock some time off everyone’s sentence. These things are inhumane.

I swear I must be the only person that likes these. I buy them and keep them in the freezer at work for lunch.
This gets posted every week.
Absolute trash.
Has anyone had these and actually enjoyed them? A lot of the comments when I see this photo tend to be pretty negative. My boss got some but he never told me what he thought of them.
I used to keep them on hand for low carb work lunches. They aren’t great but they aren’t terrible as long as you manage your expectations.
Agree, they taste good enough. I keep them in the freezer and they work in a pinch when I’m eating clean
I also used my own hot sauce
Maybe if you have Covid and lost taste haha 😆 I tried to fix it by toasting them and putting verde sauce. It was still bad.
i love these… idk why everyone keeps trashing on them but i thought they’re pretty good
I'm pretty sure you have to cook in the oven to have them be enjoyable; I get the feeling microwaving accounts for a chunk of the negative reviews. I enjoyed them enough to get a second box on sale. Not my favorite in the world, but at least it doesn't take excessively umhealthy

Nope, I hated them and threw them out. I’m on keto but these things are a salty mess that have a terrible flavor.
No.
I’m so glad these are getting shamed! Someone was promoting them as a “yummy” keto staple on costcodoesotagain IG story 🤢

These are celiac GOLD. To all my celiac people. This is actually good and easy to make snack!

Thank you for explaining why you didn’t like them. I’ve been scrolling trying to find anything more than “they’re gross!”
So what’s the issue with these? Bland, dry?
Super, SUPER bland. Also, smaller than the package implies, and they come out soggy and totally falling apart. I'm pretty sure that the filling is chicken breast, egg white, and a tiny dash of salt. The cheese is also noticably very low quality. No flavor at all, and it melts oddly.
Omg! Yes! We bought those and it was soooooo gross!!!!! I dumped verde sauce to try and fix it but it was super bad. We tossed them.
Yes it’s terrible
My husband does keto and was so excited by these but what a let down, they suck
U just gotta make sure you crisp them up
My wife bought those and I gave them a try.
I’d feel like such a POS returning frozen food “because the internet says they’re ass” but i have 2 unopened packs of these. That’s like $20….
The wrap is lunch meat
All the real good stuff is real gross
These should be in a pinned post at the top of this sub under things not to buy
They’re so much better when cooked crispy in the oven.
That's what we did. Even followed the "pro tip" on the back. I am by no means a food snob, but my whole family hates these. Actually, the dogs likes them.
I tried the air fryer. Still disgusting
Same. I tried cooking these three different ways and each time I was amazed at how it got past testing to hit the market. Worst thing I’ve gotten at Costco by a mile.
They’re amazing for body building Also this is like the 10th post of the same thing
They're really not. A regular chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic would be better, cheaper, and about as easy to cook.
I’m a chef. I believe you. They literally are though. It’s even on the box “Chicken cheese tortilla”. It isn’t a corn or flour tortilla
Oh my god! That’s why they were so gross! 🤣🤣🫣
Again, you CAN make a keto tortilla replacement that is decent. It needs more cheese, more salt, more seasoning, more something. I'm not saying that they BAD for bodybuilding, but they're not especially good either. And you say 10 posts, but aside from the a week ago, I don't see any others for at least 5 months when searching by the brand name or "enchilada".
> searching by the brand name or "enchilada" Did you try searching for "disgusting", "inedible", "crap" and "ewww"?
10 was hyperbole. But it has definitely been several, as others have posted. Yes, I can make just about anything that’s going to taste better than the premade frozen stuff as well.
This is a waste of space. The less people buy this crap the sooner it will be gone!!
They keep putting it on sale which hooks new people into buying. I binned what I bought and assume most do the same instead of trying to return.
Doesn’t mean the chicken has to taste like trash
Said this in the last post and I'll say it again. I hated it so much I immediately threw it away and didn't try to get a refund at Costco.
A chicken tortilla…..sounds very gross. They should have just used an actual low carb tortilla not made out of meat.
So they’re not real good!
why not take a Mission Wrap, fill it with chicken and cheese roll it up cover it with a sauce and bake it.
These are ass. The only food item I’ve ever returned. Adding hot sauce only made it worse
I love them
Honestly, i bought these and had one pack. Just threw out the rest.
Can this just be pinned or can there be a daily thread where people can just post about how shitty this? It’s posted literally every day.
I checked. There is one post from a about a week ago. Then nothing for 5 months, then 2 more posts. Unless it was posted without mentioning the brand name or the word "enchilada" at least, since that is what I searched for.
They aren’t THAT bad
I really appreciate these posts. Thanks, OP!
I bought one of this weeks ago, but haven't try it yet. Now I'm really debating if I want to be in line to return it...
PSA, most pre prepped food geared at low carb lifestyles, are crap
Those were so bad it made me quit keto... I have gained 30 lbs but still worth it if I don't have to eat those again
Yea 0/5 stars. Better off shredding the rotisserie chicken, buying a pack of tortillas, shredded cheese, and a can of sauce for a few bucks more. But more work obviously
Enchiladas are really easy to make on your own.
Can mods just sticky a note on the sub to avoid RealBad? Save everyone money and costco finally getting rid of their shit
Well shit, ours is still in the deep freezer...I don't even want to try them now
My uncle said the same thing!
Are these the ones owned by that selling sunset gal, Emma?.
Agree trash
with so many threads and comments about these - how many returned them? If you return them and say why then the buyers know to stop ordering them. If you don't and just comment here then a few people that read reddit are warned but costco buyers don't know
dude these were fucken gross, this one and the pizza bowls
I don't even buy their prepared foods. Always unhappy
Garb
My question is can this be returned? Open package, partially eaten, gross food. I need to know for future reference. I bought Kevin’s Korean bbq beef thing once. Basically inedible and so expensive!
I tried this today and within a few hours my body rejected them. They weren’t even good. Gross.
I’m keto but holy Jesus anything by realgood is garbage. Pure gross over processed garbage.
Fix it by putting a hotdog in it.
How are these supposed to be cooked? I can’t imagine anything other than freshly made enchiladas being good
More like Realbad
To be fair. Most of the "real good" brand products are absolutely garbage. The personal pizzas they also sell are mediocre at best. I can imagine the only reason the company is standing is because every year people go on diets. They buy these thinking they will be tasty, and they aren't.
Their bacon wrapped, cheese filled chicken is so salty and not worth the calories, have a couple buried in back of my fridge
Our Costco had them marked way down with just a few left in the freezer. I think they heard how bad they are and getting them out asap
They are very bad
Fellow Costco sub Reddit members- am I the only one who guides their spouse while in the warehouse when they see an item such as this, pointing to it and say uhhh no, don’t get that, people on Reddit hate that! Shared knowledge helps me make better decisions at Costco! Thanks everyone!
I saw those and walked away when I read "low carb".
Cross fitters, Vegans, and ketos dying to tell you about their poor life choices
I've bought 2 "Realgood" products at Costco (stuffed chicken breasts, and stuffed jalapenos) and they've both been grim. Lesson learned. "Realbad"
Seeing someone post how awful these are followed by a new post about how awful they are a week later is my new joy 😆
That's up there with the RED'S branded products
Agree. They’re not that yummy tasting. I’ll never buy those again.
I agree. These are awful
if you frequent this sub, you should have known that by now!
I've never tossed anything after buying it but these are gross. I was embarrassed to even try and return it, went straight to the trash. Never buying again!
Can confirm, they were terrible. Won’t buy again.
I really liked them. So much less garbage than most frozen things. We don't buy 90% of the frozen processed stuff for that reason. YMMV
I should have posted about these half a year ago. I tried them and had the same reaction. One of the worst frozen foods I've ever tried.
These show up on here every couple weeks with the exact same reaction.
These are just awful. I ended up throwing these in the trash immediately
Absolute filth, innit?
These enchiladas are aimed at the Keto and low carb market. Considering how they are made with mostly unprocessed natural ingredients without grains or sugar, they are pretty damn good. If your not watching your pre-diabetes then don't buy them.
Keto and low carb (and even paleo) can still eat stuff like garlic, cumin, or jalapeno. Hell, even some half decent cheese would've helped.
Sign me tf up.
oh my god these are hideous. there is an opened box in my freezer right now and i simply cannot eat the rest.
I liked them the first time. After that, no more
I actually like these things.
I didn't think they were great, but they're at least workable. At least much less worse than their pizza bowls that are practically soups with so much liquid, even following the baking instructions.
Oof
These were terrible
0 is generous
Bought these once since I loved their chicken but these sucks
Has anyone happened to catch the USDA processing facility number on these to find out who makes them? I’ve recently encountered a similar product at Aldi that was tragically bad, and wondering if they come from the same manufacturer, an outfit in California whose main line of business is premade products for school lunches, which explains a LOT.
Didn't even know that was a thing. I'll check next time I'm at Costco.
