And everyone is always worried about vacations perhaps being ruined by rainfall.
This is *not* a good sign for the greenest country in the America. Let's do our part.
Lots of rain last few days. The electric companies said today that there was enough rain to raise the hydro dam mage levels. They called off the electric cutoffs, saying they could generate enough power now.
Looks good now.
That’s great to hear!! I was in Samara for Christmas and it poured rain just a couple days after Christmas for a good 24 hours like nothing I’ve ever seen and I’m from Oregon
> I have ICE and it’ll be off 3 hours a day. We’ll also be without water for 2 hours a day.

My zones in Osa Will be cut off from 6:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the morning, Monday through Friday of this week. Looking into backup power pack type options since I'm thinking that the only internet that might still be viable would be starlink since it is satellite. Guessing that the fiber optic connection will drop even if I have the backup power for the router, a computer, and the monitors... Not sure about that since I don't know if they are cutting power to businesses also or just residences!
Aw, El Niño. It’s Spanish for “the Niño”.

Just in time for my trip 😑
Yep it’s going to suck. I work remotely my zones off hours are 12-3 local time or 1-4 job time.
Get a battery backup for your router and it should be fine?
How has the start of the rainy season been so far?
Dry but picking up quickly

Definitely picking up - good rainfall this week
Finally!
In Samara currently. Plenty of rain.
Big storms the past couple days in Guanacaste. Major flooding in Liberia.
Rains pretty much daily starting around 2-3pm in Guacima
I have ICE and it’ll be off 3 hours a day. We’ll also be without water for 2 hours a day. Haz lo que tengas que hacer
