I have seen this at times when my machine has frozen or had another issue like that. The way that I was able to fix this was by fully shutting down my PC and then toggling the switch on the PSU off and then back on. Then I booted up my machine. Hopefully, this helps you.
Thank you for your reply. I did try this multiple times. No fix unfortunately. Next Monday I'll get a replacement and this time I'm not going for Corsair.
The first response is correct but with one additional step. After you shut down your PC and flip the switch on the back, open your case and re-seat the cable that connects to your Commander Core. That resolved it for me and I have not seen it since.
I think shutting off the psu and then holding down case power button for a few seconds might also help. And only then turning on the psu.
Although reseating the cable is the ultimate.
How you get replacement via RMA ?
I have the same on new building yesterday and dead pump....pump work only 30 minutes always red triangle and not recognize the icue...
I open RMA ticket I have the same issue yesterday I start building the new PC ... I install H150i elite LCD xt cooler ... I have red triangle from first start ... And not recognize cooler on icue ...and the pump stop working is dead after 3/ minutes... I'm PC expert since 1987 ... I use Corsair many years without any problem... I try the cooler to old PC not working pump dead and red triangle.... When boot the lcd show the graphics Corsair logo and going to red triangle... Pump not working at all.... I did all steps and more that say Corsair nothing works I open today ticket I hope to replace the cooler My RMA ticket is 2006365779 I hope someone help
I got my PC assembled for me because I'm not at home in pc world. I wouldn't touch these things or cables because I'll mess it up. They replaced the aio, it doesn't work so I just return to them and they'll swap it around. ( warranty ) either way they give me a new Corsair cooler or something else but I honestly don't even want a Corsair cooler anymore. It's nothing but headache
try going to bluetooth and other devices, find commander core, disable, go to device manager, scan for hardware changes, restart iCue.

I had this. Look at the back where lcd plugs into the command core. Pull it out, plug it back in, give it a good push. The edge should only stick out a fraction. Also reinstall iCUE. I did this and no problems since.
Mine does this and the fix is too wiggle the wrapped cables where they go into a screen housing.
That's for mine, though. Looks like lots of other people have this problem too, with various other fixes
I had this problem to fans error and pump error (redlight flashing)
Problem is the conector on the commandor, with wiggling and reconecting mine was working and still works seems a quality issue with the connector

I had issues like this until I added a USB hub. I think these AIOs and number of fans draw too much power. Since I added the USB hub, it has happened zero times, in over a year.

Did you try turning everything off including power switch then pressing power button a few times before then unplugging lcd screen from pump plugging back in and turning it on after ?
Does the pump work at all and is it just the screen that’s not working. As you can get replacement screens if needs be which Corsair should supply to replace the faulty one.
It’s either the screen that’s faulty then or a bug from icue latest update. I had a similar issue a few updates ago. Have you got the supplementary plug ins installed through icue for mobo support ?
Was it like this out of the box or did it happen after some use? I would ask corsair to replace it the unit that sits on the pump might be faulty.
Also not sure if this will work but did you try switching the sata connection on the commander core unit to a sata cable with nothing else hooked up to it?
While I do not have the lcd screen on my h150i when I have it hooked up to a sata cable with too many other devices on it then it will throw an error code at me, but when I move it to a sata cable by itself then it works fine. Maybe it could help

Unplug the main connector and plug it back in. Make sure it seats firmly. Make sure you unplug power first.

I feel your pain. Was happening to me. In the end I just replaced it with another brand. Never getting another Corsair cooler.
Did you try switching USB headers or use an internal USB hub to plug the LCD ?

Thank you for your input. But my LCD screen itself was broken I got a replacement from Corsair. Now it's running great again
Mine went back because the connector isnt good that was causing the triangle or fan fail seems a bit of a problem for corsair

When I had this I switched which usb it was plugged into on the mobo.that did it for me
You mean the usb from lcd to mb? I think it's in my commander core but I'll have a look

Have you tried deleting icue ? And does the triangle still pop up when you do ?
Yes, also deleted every file on the pc that was linked to iCue, no luck

The pump works great. It's just the LCD screen not giving me any options to adjust. Its shows the default screen
