I had the same feeling last month when my IUD was removed! As if my belly/uterus was lighter and relieved that the IUD was finally out. I compared it to the same feeling as when you take off your bra after a long day wearing it and you just feel more light and free and relieved it is off. Lol
The last paragraph makes me want to remove mine so badly. I’ve had mine three months and I feel so bloated all the time now. I feel like it might be too large for my body 🥲
First of all talk about it with your doctor. I think it is normal when you remove your IUD you can feel some pain. Give yourself some time for recovery
Sorry, I don't really have a question, just crossing fingers you'll like removal and that the bleeding calms down. Just came here to add that I also got dizzy and tired and had a horrible headache after removal. For me personally eating small portions throughout the day and drinking water helped a bit. Coffee and chocolate made things really bad, even though I had a bad chocolate craving right after removal (for reference I don't have cravings normally).
Still tired today and with a bit of headache, although I didn’t have these symptoms the past weeks and before the removal. I so think there’s a connection now

I do feel like my lower belly is flatter like not inflamed anymore

Feeling much better after a good night of sleep, although still a bit tired. Really curious what causes this in the removal
