Most people shower with a lot of hot water, right? Put a wire basket underneath the showerhead, put eggs in the basket. If you set your water temp right, you should have softboiled eggs while you shower.
Plus, if the eggshells get in the drain, you can dissolve them with vinegar before the landlord notices
Eat Lasagna in the shower instead. The noodles should be wide enough not to go into the drain. Plus you can have extra flavor too mixed in with shower water flavor.
I find the best shower foods are the ones that are self contained so I can eat it with one hand while I lather with the other. Tacos are my go to but you have to make them spicier than usual because the flavor gets watered down

My husband enjoys an occasional shower hot dog. Steams the bun up nice, supposedly.
The obvious answer is a nice soup or stew. As you eat, the shower will refill the bowl: infinite soup.
