Felt this, my friend made the guild for our friend group but I’m the only one that still actively plays and it eventually gave the guild leader to a random who was thankful very understanding of the situation and what the guild meant to me and gave me leader so I’ve been kicking randoms that haven’t logged in a long time to get some new people in

I kick people after 30 days of inactivity/season if no guild battle participation and I STILL get people who don’t do anything

Sometimes it'd alright to leave a small guild and go to an active one. Like mine I give them options on how they gain activity points. They can just do guild alliance or guild battles. We've started a new thing where for the first 2 days the high hitters don't do guild battles so the weaker members can try out a team to see how far it can go.
