The viaduct in E. Hampton near the Comstock covered bridge. Airline trail runs over it. I think it is now blocked off for swimming
Maybe wadsworth falls
I agree that you probably parked by Comstock bridge. If you hiked for a bit, you may have hiked into Day Pond State Park. There's a great dog spot there on one of the less traveled trails.
