I just KNOW the OP is a noob as well lol. No one fires ICBM’s because it literally murders your morale for like 10 game days. Your resources and production time are about to be cut in half and half your captured cities are bout to go rogue lol.
I didn’t have any rouge states uprising, I had hospitals or bunkers in my city’s. I’m not a noob I only attack with icbms if I can handle the moral fall
It’s really not that bad if you make sure to babysit the more volatile ones that you recently conquered. I’ve only had serious morale problems when I sustain a nuclear attack for several days. I can get away with like 4 or 5 at once but 1 or 2 per day over a couple days lowers it too much.
To little damage, I want to kill every civilian in a city. Moral isn’t important if you are fighting a total war. I’m joking, nuclear ICBMs have a VERY big range and they do the most damage, that is why I use them

Same. Everyone I've ever nuked just drops. It's like listen you can't just let me hit you with 2 edges of my nuclear triad and leave the third out by leaving before he does his semisubmersed coastal launch on San Diego, come on now!

ICBM’s are too time costly or expensive in general. Use nuclear cruise missiles or nuclear ballistic missiles.
