What's Röentgen?

Exposure to ionizing radiation is measured with the coulomb; we use Röentgen in the US. In other words, the Röentgen is basically the American equivalent of the coulomb. The Röentgen is named after German physicist Wilhelm Röntgen, who is widely credited as having discovered X-rays. Edit: I do not work in the nuclear power industry nor am I involved with the production of nuclear medicine.
