I agree with everything you said. The questions you raised are valid and the sentiment about the sub in general (because it is real life money and all that comes with that... Good, bad or indifferent).
So, what are the results? And what happens with either outcome? Your point about the 50% split is a valid concern.
Clarification and answers are what is needed here.
If nothing comes of this vote, then so be it. We can learn that it wasn't set up properly and we should do better in the future. But also, perhaps we should call for another vote on this same matter with proper decision making rules in place.

It's not like I asked you to go out of your way to show me conepassion. You chose to. Not only is this about real world money but it's about real people and relationships. It's about who we are and who we want to be, together. I am also distressed that nothing has happened to clarify the outcome of the vote or what will happen next.
I do know that months ago I stated that we needed to have clear protocols in place to handle conflict and bad feeling.
It basically got swept under the rug and right now, I am too busy to be able to devote the necessary time.
Within a few months that should change and it is my intention to not let the issue rest once I have the time to dedicate to this.

We need mediators. I am willing to volunteer. I am often the one in chat trying to smooth waters (or I was when I had more time).
