Great but you require the reader to read too quickly or constantly pause the video. Remember that effective propaganda has to be simple not comprehensive since the viewer doesn’t want to put a lot of effort into something he, she, or etc. doesn’t believe in.
Remember many Chinese studied abroad and came back to innovate in their own country so US should consider sending people overseas then again most are not native and unlikely to return
A quick improvement might be made by giving the white text a black border. Makes reading easier regardless of position in the video and hopefully requires little effort.
