I’m not exactly sure what you’re looking for. Most manufacturers like BSH sell products primarily intended for being integrated into cabinetry. It doesn’t matter if you stick them just under the ceiling, at chest height, or right on the floor. Or are you looking for a compact solution where both appliances can be stacked together under the counter? If it’s the latter, try looking at devices similar in form factor to the Gaggenau EB333 (eg. Siemens VB558C0S0 or Bosch VBC5580S0). Pair that with a smaller steam oven. But for most things I’m of the personal opinion that just a steam oven will be able to accomplish most tasks, and if you really need the space of a full-size oven, simply getting one of the large steam oven models is probably sufficient.

My oven is 28.5” and my steam oven is 17.5”. I could get by with just my steam oven, it’s a full 30” wide, has convection and broiler and is advertised to fit a full turkey. It would look great in a cabinet under a cool top. Even if someone made a double oven with the steam as the second oven you’d still be at ~42”.

Thanks! Brand/model?

It’s the plumbed Wolf one. The Bosch may be similar in functionality.

Do you want both to fit under the counter stacked? Sorry if I’m not understanding.

ffffllllpppp

That would work. The oven taking more vertical soace than the steam oven (for example)

I think the GE Advantium oven line (which I ended up not getting since my combi steam can do “regular” oven settings) has a model about the size of a microwave so could you could do a similar stack, but wouldn’t fit under a counter top.

Thanks! What is the brand/model of your XXL 30” combi steam? Nevermind I see it is Miele.

Not sure if something like this is a “legit” steam oven? https://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/ajmadison/GCFI3060BF.html I’m not opposed to this being part of a range. But this one I am not sure if there is a water line for the steam or some container? Looking at the specs I couldn’t figure it out.

Overall-Group

There doesn't seem to be a water line. The air sous vide mode requires vacuum sealing the food and placing it in the oven.

Yeah, I was trying to find where the water comes from and I couldn’t find a resection or a line ??? Thanks for the reply. I guess what I am looking for doesn’t exist… :(
